  4. You on drugs? He has stock pipes, filter, no lid.
  5. It's not what you forgot, it's what you may have not learned. Try a stock OEM stator/pick-up coil.
  6. Stock OEM or aftermarket stator? Is pick-up gap set and checked atboth nubs on flywheel? Even though it has passedleakdown test, have you inspected carb boots by flexing them to look for cracks? It/they may only leak with vibration.
  7. Clean the carbs, set the float level, install new plugs. Check that the carb caps have rubber gasket in them. Check that carb boots aren't torn, cracked, flex them around, don't just look at them.
  8. That's what electrical testers and wire diagrams are for. IIRC, the kill switch goes to ground in off. Key completes circut when on. If key is removed make sure elimination splice is still good.

  16. Most with basic bolt ons run 27.5 Carbs clean? Synced? Float set? Clean air filter?
  17. Check all connections, grounds, switches, run seperate ground from coil back to engine
  18. Did you set float height while you were playing? Start with air screw 1.5 turns from lightly seated. Sync carbs by sight or touch at least. Make sure cables are in carbs and cable splitter correctly. If you have tors, can't help you with idle

  20. The end of the wire can get corroded where cap screws in. Make sure timing nubs on flywheel are clean. Set pick-up gap, check at both nubs.
  21. Have you done a plug chop? (or read if you know what you're doing) Are they genuine Mikuni jets, or AM bullshit jet kits? What size pilot jet? Too small Pilot will cause bogging. Difference in stroke would have little to do with jetting. What plugs and timing?
  22. Float level is a specific height of the float to gasket surface. Really sounds like you need a Clymers Repair Manual or find the download on here. As far as jets are you just going to say they are in the carbs, or will you actually mention the size so we know what you really have going on?
  23. If you knew it all, you wouldn't have to ask. I know nothing more than meth is meth (chemically). But I bet a piece of yo old lady's ass that cheapo depo meth and "racing" meth are two different things. That's like saying weedwacker oil is just as good as Klotz (enter "your" fav) OR prove us (me) wrong. Get a couple gal and some whacker oil and tell us how you did.
  24. IIRC, it goes something like tighten inner to 35ft/lbs, hold inner while tightening outer to 270ft/lbs, back inner against outer 3mm.
