    Did you do a leakdown test? Either you're sucking oil through right crank seal or have major problem with that carb

    Do a part throttle plug chop/read. Same process except hold throttle at 1/4 or 1/2. Maybe rig something for a stop for consistant opening. Might have to drag brake to keep load on it.

    Birchwood Casey gun scrubber is only thin I know will disolve 3bond on cases. May be something else, dunno.

    Price of those shocks are halfway to a set of works. They probably won't ride any better than stock.

    I would use a sharp chisel on those screws. Go straight on to make a notch, then tap in direction to loose. Won't be shit to grab on after you drill head off, and it might not be loose or have loctite

    Try a new/different plug on that side? Clean timing nubs on flwheel and set pick-up gap.
