Do u have a stock motor

I was wondering I'm either going with fast or redline for my build of a 421 serval. Now since that I don't have a motor now to send to either one to do the work I have was wondering could they build a motor from bottom up the way I want. if so I know it would cost more but is that a good route to go or wat Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

I want to build a 421 serval cub with clean b up ports or better for dunes but I'm going to use it for trails and open fields. I choose a serval cub because I heard nothing but extremely good stuff about them. Ok I want to have an engine built for my shee but I don't have a motor so should I buy a str8 factory engine off ebay and get it done the way I want or get it piece by piece.
