    Banshees are actually really easy to maintane.Clean the air filter,change the tranny fluid,check your bolts and nuts and keep the chain adjusted correctly.Do this little bit of maintance and it will return happyness ten fold.

    I would try a 20 pilots.thats what I run in mine at about the same elavation.Will probably have better throtle response.My .02 cents.

    I would go with a hydrolic clutch setup.$200.00 from RMATV.Or take three of the barnett springs out and put three of the stock springs back in.

    I have 124 links with 14/42 gearing.

    I got mine of of ebay for 26.00 +shipping.Just do a banshee brake line search.I'm very impresed with the one I got.Steal braided with clear plastic coating.

    As of right now,I don't need the lock up clutch.I'm useing clutches from a 1100cc yrz or something street bike.As I'm righting this I'm puting my +6 swinger and my haulers from my 05 P.V cheetah banshee on my 06 cub banshee.

    I do have cpi's on it.The single carb on this actually pulls on the top better then dual carbs do.

    First years were 13/42 gearing.If you want to stay close to stock gearing with 22 inch tires go with a 13/42 with 104 link chain.

    I'm pissed,Got beat by 3 quad lengths by a +7 cub drag banshee.Stupid v-paddles.I know I'm a better builder but I lost because of the v-paddles and stock swing arm.Can't wait to put my +6 swinger on it with my Haullers.Mines only a +4 stroke cub.Has this ever hapened to you?

    It will not hurt anything.Just like when you had to remove the insurt on the stock intakes to work with the v-force reeds.

    I have a 421 cheetah powervalve engine and a 421 cheetah cub engine (see sig for details)and my powervalve cheetah whole shots my cub,But my cub pulls it on top end.So in my case the 2 into 1 has more top end.

    Don't forget to lock tite all the threads for the screws and nut or yuel be alot of money.

    If you're going to run a +4 stroke with +5 long rod(115mm)in stock cylinders you will have to run the 795 series pistons and either a plate or domes relieved for the +4 stroke or have your stock cylinder head relieved for the +4 stroke.

    I would recommend cpi's.I have them on my cub and power valve cheetahs and over the weekend I was smokin drag shees with out of frame pipes.My .02 cents.

    Geoff,I use the 22-11-10 8padlles on my cheetah power valve 421cc and my cheetah cub 421 banshees.So you can figure you will probably never out grow that size tire,I actually run 14/41 gearing on the cheetah engines.I,m sorry to hear about your cable breaking,That always sucks.
