  1. Check the right side crank bearing,There is a little ball on that bearing that is supossed to go into the case inbetween the case halves and if it wasn't installed in the correct position it will come out of the bearing and end up in the top end and do exactly what you are describing.
  2. I have always held the throttle wide open when shifting if I'm racing. If I am just riding then I release the throttle and shift.
  3. WOW,Flash back lol. I was refering to having the stock carbs on it verses the single 38mm NOT the bigger dual carb setups just for the record. At the end of that quads life it ended up runing 4.3's @ 78mph in 300 feet.I sold it last febuary.
  4. 20 ft lbs in a couple stages.I usually go 18 then 20
  5. All depends on your elevation,Squish and timing
  6. LOL, I got a box of gears and shafts and maybe a drum can't remember. When you headed back to the mountain?Let me know and I'll meet you somewheres and hand them to you. Kai.
  7. Jackie I got my BB cpi's off my drager still if your interested however they are out each side.I'll let them go pretty cheap.Let me know if your interested.
  8. The blaster pistons have a 9* angle and the banshee pistons have a 12* angle on the dome of the piston. You can't use the banshee domes with the blaster piston.
  9. It's about 1/2 hour east of fallon Jared
  10. I think you answered your own question about the carbs. Go to a 13/42 sprocket set up and that should really help you out,However a set of 28's or 30mm carbs would be the fix for the bogging.
  11. If it is boging it is not a slipping clutch,Sounds like gearing/jetting issue
