"Quote I think by Pressure test he ment a leak down test".Yes thats what I meant,my bad.On the leak down test your engine needs to hold 6psi for 6 minutes.
The big clutch nut is 32mm.As for the T.O.R.S removal if your wanting to go to bigger carbs sooner then later get diffrent carbs if not get the eliminator kit.And for the single carb I like them but alot of peaple don't.
It ran the exact mph just a gear higher. So I installed a lock up clutch setup but was unable to go out on saturday(5-27) to cold So I'm going out This weekend(6-3and4)And I'll see what happens.
My freind has one on his stroker banshee and love it.It looks really good for the price. He only rides it in the sand though so I'm not sure if it would be as durable as a lonestar axle.
I'm selling my 32mm mikuni flat slides and steel braided thumb throttle cable on ebay. Will end early for right price.

You need to make sure that your test equipment is not leaking.with that much of a loss you will not be able to accuratly test your seals and gaskets. When I did mine I lost 1/2 pound in six min witch is ok.My 2 cents.
I know how you feel.Last weekend My left silencer mount broke and the throttle cable holder broke on my o6 shee and my kicker shaft broke on my 05 shee all the same day and three hours apart.
