  3. I found your problem,It will never idle its only got one cylinder.Just playing..Find out what pilot jet is in it and raise the size by two and go from there.Ideall spot for air screw is 1 and a 1/2 turns out.
  4. Here's another option for you if you find nothing wrong with your tranny gears and cogs.Inspect your chain and sprockets,The chain may be trying to climb up your sprocket,Same symptom as your describing,I had this happen to me and mine would only do it in first and second gear on the throttle.
  5. Going on ebay 6-25 (sunday if nobody wants them from here).
  6. I run a magura hydraulic clutch on my powervalve shee.WELL worth the money
  7. Stock chain count is 104 links. If you want to stay with a 13 tooth sprocket get a 42 tooth rear sprocket and you wont be at the end of your adjustment.
  8. Yea,I got them in my cub and powervalve shees,Allthow I'm only running the lockup on the cub,And my powervalve I'm running really stiff springswith hydraulic clutch system.Ben running tusk in my powervalve shee for a year now no problems.I'm pretty sure the horse power on both of my engines are up there(No proof on paper though)Only pucker factor.
  9. Yep,Time for a new clutch.I would recommend a tusk clutch kit from rocky mountain and a lock up clutch assymbly.Welcome to horse power.
  10. Got you covered.I have some cut off allready.PM me
  11. I personally don't use o-ring chains.Just make sure you get a chain with a high tensile strength,I use Primary drive NON o-ring chains with 8510 tensile strength on both my shees and have no problem at all.+ they're cheep from rocky mountain.I olso use wd/40 on mine.

I just listed some in your price range.See for sale forum.
  13. I got a set of small bore coi's for sale,I bought brand new silencers for them and used the silencers for one trip to Sand Mountain NV.These pipes are not perfect. The hanger mount brackets have been rewelded and a spot weld on one of the pipes from were the stock exhaust frame bracket rubed threw and some miner dings in the pipes. Also one pipe has a glove melt markings from my daughter toutching it when it was hot.Asking $350.00 including shipping to lower 48.
  14. Did you remember to put the steel ball back in between the rod and the hub adjuster?
  15. Honestly,You don't need a different heat range plug.I'm running b8's in both mine and do not have any problems.
  16. Yea,I decided to go full out race on my 06 cub.I haven't had a chance to go try the dual 38's yet.Had a issue with my drag pipes and I'm waiting for them to be shipped back to me and decide what compression I'm going to run.I'm thinking probably 180 ish from the 145 I'm running now.

  18. Call cascade and talk to Tim they may have one.
