id probably go with a 4mm stock cylinder set up. you will make awesome power that will work well with your type of riding. go with some keihin 33mm pwk, noss head to bump up compression, timing advance etc... how much do you wanna spend? that will ultimately affect your mod decisions. also, welcome to HQ

the 450 conversion is crap. it doesnt handle for shit. any aftermarket banshee arm and shock setup is going to be better than that half ass junk conversion.

yo bro! first off, welcome to the most extensive banshee information site on the internet! this almost always depends on location and condition of the bike. you say its in good shape, so whats your location? also, can you get us some pictures? bad thing about buying something used is that you never know just exactly how it was put together until you tear it apart. chances are if it runs youll be ok for a while, but you never know. you have the same chance as something going wrong with new or used parts. absolutely. get a good tester and see what it has. ask the owner how much compression its supposed to have.

someone on HQ prolly has some factory 9" rims they would sell you. try NYUK on here. he always has factory shit for sale. i hate to see you buy tires for 10" rims when in the long run youd be much better off with 9" rims.

i would seriously consider switching to a 9" rim. there are far more tire options for a 9" rim.

i do not run the top chain roller, but the bottom is a must. same with the rear chain sliders. make sure you have the pivot slider on and the one that guides the chain onto the rear sprocket.

i prefer keihin pwk over anything.
