cody, here in missouri its dependent on what weight plates you get. when you get 12,000 or 18,000 here i believe, you dont legally have to use the rear plate. i guess they figure its because most of the time youll be pulling a trailer.

changed my mind on the beanies. going with an 8" 100% acrylic beanie. they are a little more durable and dont stretch out like cotton.

most of you guys probably saw the BHQ Hat thread.. well i placed an order for BHQ beanies as well. same color combos as the hats. im not sure when theyll be done. as soon as they are you guys will know. the front will have just the BHQ and the back will have the website logo.

yes they are a for sure thing. they will be s/m and l/xl. i went to the local lids and tried the exact hat on. i wear a 7 1/4" in mlb hats and the s/m was a little tight for me. if you like your hats tight, get the s/m for 7 1/4 and under.. otherwise, get the l/xl..

no, i havent forgotten about the outer plate. if the balls are forced OUTWARD against the stationary plate, how is that helping to put pressure on the clutch pack? shayne, so the idea is that the balls actually push the innner piece towards the clutch? it seems to me that if the specs were that tight, where the balls were actually pushing back against the inner piece, that the balls could in theory wedge themselves in between the inner and out plates. it seems like you would still only get minimal pressure that way, but maybe not. also, you say there are two styles of this thing. i can see it looks like the two pictures on their website are different. does anyone have a picture of the damn thing in a bike?
