  1. I have heard that the transmission oil in the right side can help keep that side cooler. If you have verified there are no air leaks, compression, squish, etc is the same, just run it.
  2. Your information is off. You say that right cylinder is lean but you have to close the PJ completely, while the left is open. Can you clarify this? Sounds like the left is lean and the right is not.
  3. Just stick with the stock cylinder. If you already have a 421 Serval, there's no reason to bother with the 392 Athena. I just don't understand why you'd want less power than the Serval.
  4. Factory Pipe is 6 months lead time on the stamps. That’s a big part of it.
  5. I think they would prefer you get the chroming done yourself. There always seems to be an issue with chrome.
  6. Right now, Carmack is the only one making Snipers. He's a young kid buying stamps directly from Gary but he's not in a position to pay for everything up front.
  7. Right now, there's about an 18 month wait on them. Carmack Customs here on BansheeHQ is who is building them. Gary actually called me today about some other stuff but he's hoping someone would step up and do 100 sets. He just can't physically build them that fast anymore.
  8. I can't remember. Worth a call or e-mail though. They did a nice job.
  9. Performance Plating in Olathe, KS did a set for me years ago.
  10. Some things to factor in when going bigger.. The chances of breaking shit goes way up. Cranks, transmissions, chains, etc.. Literally everything can and will break easier.
  11. It is. I wouldn't even waste the money on a 10mm for trails. My 421 Serval is plenty.
  12. No sense in doing the 7mm. Just do the 10mm since the cases need trenched. Smart Carbs are junk. Stick with what's proven, Keihin PWK. You'll need CPI, Snipers or Shearers.
  13. Fox Podium is the best rear shock I've ever run. They have a ton of adjustment and work really well.
  14. The internal nut broke off. You have a couple options.. The BEST fix is to buy the JDS kit and replace all that OEM junk. If you can cut and weld, it's well worth the money. https://www.jdscustoms.com/product/banshee-peg-thread-insert-repair-bungs/ Otherwise, you can get a piece of 3/8" all thread and run it through the frame. You'll have to nut both sides which means you'll have to drill out the other side.
  15. IDGAF what he says, those are not Snipers, unless they are some very early prototype shit, but as far as I remember, Gary and Jim never had any stamped prototypes.
  16. Where are you located? Anywhere near a dyno? Just run them and see how they perform.
  17. I sent a message to a couple people and no answers so far. I'm not sure what they are. I hope you didn't pay much for them.
  18. Tristan, the guy building them now, has called me several times for business advice and every time does the exact opposite of what I've told him. If he had listened to me two years ago there wouldn't be any wait on them.
  19. Those are NOT Snipers.
  20. OEM only.
  21. Best chance you have is to find a used set, but that's going to be tough. You could put down the deposit and buy some CPI from Empire. Then sell the CPI when your Snipers are done. Either way, you'll have to wait.
  22. Google says Cometic is .010” OEM is .010-.015”.
