  1. Sounds like the carbs need synced using the adjusters on the caps.
  2. Nvm, I'm an idiot. I just use the washers because my Castle nuts aren't tall enough to reach the pin hole.
  3. You may have to use a few washers under the nut. I have to on my Fireball arms. Camber issues are usually bent arms or bent frame.
  4. Not really sarcasm. You seem to be the one helping most with jetting issues these days.
  5. Well, it runs. I imagine they recommended rich jetting for break in. I'm sure Ayesully will chime in soon, he's the resident stock carb jetting expert.
  6. My weedwacker is a piston port...
  7. TB05EMA are NGW 8636 LB05EP are NGW 8020 LB05EZ are NGW 8744 LB05EZA are NGW 8769 I like the TB05EMA ones, they are what I use on Jetskis and are water proof, but cost more. The LB series are phenolic resin instead of rubber. The "Z" designation may mean vibration resistance or waterproof, The "A" I have no idea. I have used the LB05EP and would be my last choice as it caused nut wear on my spark plugs and didn't seal well.
  8. Ask FAST since that is who you bought it from. But pump gas Servals usually run 24cc domes Ditch the yzf450 suspension, it is a proven bad setup. Get something made for the banshee. Swingarm, probably stock length to +2. Stock gearing. Don't know what the stock rubber clamp means. You will need an aftermarket intake for the pwk35's.
  9. Check the flywheel. It may have spun for some reason causing the timing to be way off. There is a woodruff key for alignment on the taper.
  10. Is the Schrader valve in the tip of the tester? If the Schrader valve isn't in the tip of the tester it will read low, additionally the tip needs to extend the same length as the spark plug. Do you by chance live at a high elevation?
  11. Who built the motor? What did the domes have engraved in the side of them? What is the squish? Is the motor drag ported? What brands of compression testers did you use? How many times did you kick? Did you hold the throttle wide open? Was the motor pressure tested? Right size pistons?
  12. With air strikers you are going to be running a 35 ish pilot.
  13. Premium is almost always ethanol free, or at least it is in Kansas and Oklahoma.
  14. Could be jetting related. Also check the pickup coil gap. What is your jetting, carbs, and pipe?
  15. It you are using stock intake boots, did you cut the excess rubber from the intake boots? If not flush, it may be causing interference with sealing. Are you using gaskets on both sides of the reed valve flange?
  16. No biggie. It'll just expel any excess at running temp. As the coolant gets heated, it expands and has to go somewhere. The reservoir was there to catch the overflow and return it to the system as it cooled. Now, instead of the reservoir, it just vents to the ground and sucks air back into the radiator as it cools. It's not a big deal. Once the engine gets up to operating temp, the air is expelled instead of excess coolant. tl;dr It's fine. It'll stop dripping coolant after a ride or two.
  17. M6 x 1.0. Not sure on length, just measure
  18. Well, I'm about ready for this shit fest.
  19. Lol, if you are wrecking like Claude, get the cheaper ones. An entire set of Albas cost as much as the 1 arm he bent
  20. Cylinders should be within a few psi of each other. 100 is low. Psi depends on domes, elevation and what porting has been done. I would assume you should be at least 140-150 if set up for pump gas. Probably time for new pistons. Take the top end off and see what condition everything is in.
  21. The only code I know of is BANSHEEALBA
  22. What carbs? You could change needles to one that is leaner in the mid range, but that only helps if you are rolling into the throttle. You could try a smaller main if you are rich on the top end also. Or just feather/pop the clutch through that section of the rpm range and/or downshift if needed.
  23. Check the adjustment nut. Youtube how to adjust clutch
