Ok, need a little help, can this tab be soldered ? or epoxied ? Fresh rebuild, quad ran good for about 10 minutes really crisp, but soon after started running like a dog, checked everything came up to the stator, my friend that built it noticed the tab was loose, got another stator notice around the same tabs, they are tight not loose but looks like a little cracking, can i epoxy it to stop the cracking or solder it ? Any advice appreciated

465 wampus serval, did a compression test today, one side at 125ish, other side at 100ish, time for a rebuild I would take it ? What should the compression be for this build ? Over 150 i assume, I'm new to the 2 stroke game. I got it for hillclimbing, its loosing power on the easiest hills, it should be eating them.

Ok so got the electrical worked out, runs like a beast on flat, dont like 5 or 6th in the powerband much, but pulls hard. I was tring it out on the coal hills today, pulled hard, then all of a sudden died out 2 times on me like it's running out of fuel, it's only on the hills while in the powerband. The carbs are Mikuni 34mm flat slides, I know the mains are 290. Should I be running bigger mains ? 465 serval wampus 10mil, 1500 ft above sea level. Didn't check the plug yet, got home and put it away. As always any help is appreciated

Hi guys, I just got a shee a few ago, and wanted to delete the headlight switch, the on/off dont work anyways, putting a tether in place, I'm not running headlight (unless it will cause problems with the electrical) I'm ok with wiring and such, but what wires running to the switch can I get rid of, which ones do I have to keep and any do I have to loop ? Keeping the key hooked up, it's in the fender so I just ordered a new one. I'm having problems with top end break up after i got it, new plugs, new intake boots is all I really put on it, I'm tring a new coil first and getting rid of the headlight switch, and putting sealant on the boot gaskets, see if it runs. Any advise or help appreciated.
