  1. Gonna be riding at elevation 0-1000ft. Cylinders had visible crosshatching with minimal scoring. Exhaust side piston skirts looked like new. Burn pattern on piston crown looks good I think?
  2. I checked but doesn’t appear to have one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I did a leak down and compression test. Held 10psi for over 15min so all seals are good. Compression was 127psi on left and 129 psi on right. Seems a bit low to me but fires first kick. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I just got a new banshee. I was told it was a 4 mill, but that was it. I pulled the spark plugs out and measured the stroke and got 58mm. I also found that the numbers on the pistons are 795M06500. This means it’s a 4 mill 385cc right?? Also does anyone know what the compression is supposed to be for this setup? It’s got stock carbs, reeds, and appears to be a stock head. It had a 300 main and a 22.5 pilot which i think is way too small for this setup Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I already have the front spaced out and it still hits. How would I go about bending it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Nobody can help? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Have you completely disassembled the carbs and let them soak or put them in a ultrasonic cleaner? Or did you just spray them with carb clean. I think your right carb might have a plugged up port if it was running fine then went to shit. Or double check compression and reeds Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. You drain out trans oil and coolant? Good chance if it wasn’t stored correctly or started now and again the seals and bearings might be gone. •drain all fluids •dump some oil down into the cylinders •take off carbs and clean them out •inspect and remove reeds •inspect cylinders\pistons •fresh spark plugs •fresh fluids I would do something along those lines. If you can’t get it going then check compression and start looking at the electrical. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Spark good on that side? Sounds like a fuel issue. Your fuel lines flowing evenly? You have your choke tube in between both carbs? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Alright. Been having this issue where my left T5 hits right where my cylinder and head meet. Constantly rubbing against it. I’ve tried to space the pipe mount out with washers, but still hits. Anyone else run into a issue like this before?? Any fix suggestions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. What year is that one? Is that powder coated?
  12. Were you able to take a look at those frames?
  13. I mean yes, but it’s around 50 degrees where I am now and my banshee is having a harder time starting. But you said it might be compression too. First check spark. Ground the plug on head bolt and make sure it’s sparking. If that’s good, then check compression. If good then it’s a fuel problem Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Compression test it. You rejet for colder weather? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Aarms are brand new. Has to be the mounts and the frame Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
