    intake boots

anyone got a set off good intake boots with no rips, let me know, thanks
  3. works are good, especially for the price way better than stock, then i got my elkas and they are way better than works by far, not saying the works are bad, they are very good shocks, but if you got the extra cash get the elkas and save the money in the long run by not having to buy another set later.
  4. i saw a set off razr 2s at the store the other day and they have some massive lugs on them, looked like they would hook up very well
  5. you can buy the spring, check ball, o ring and bolt from yamaha cheaper than you can get one of those kits for, as long as the kicker lever itself is not wore out inside they work great
  6. mine has always done it also, never have figured it out, sure would be nice to know, one thought i had had was maybe the kickstarter idler gear bushing is getting wore out and its making that nosie casue the teeth arnt perfectly aligned with the gear on the clutch basket but ive never changed it so i really have no idea but thats my theory
  7. yup! just dont get caught :ninja:
  8. ya it sucks, jsut when you think you got you dont over and over again
  9. i got the same problem, my -1 lonestar moved my caliper from the back to the top off the rotor and my ss line is about a mile to long also. i havent looked into getting a shorter on but if you find one post it up for everyone will ya
  10. sell them both and use the money to buy yourself a adjustable timing plate for 35 bucks, the reed spacers do nothing unless you have huge carbs and need to clear the throttle arm and the timing keys are prone to shearing off and causing major damage to your motor
  11. did you put the slides back in the right carbs, they will go in the wrong carb and seem fine but wil run like shit, the slash cut in the bottom of the slide should face your filter, if you have them in the wrong carb the will be facing the motor
  12. if your stil running your air box lid drop down to a 260, needle in stock position(third clip) your running fat and its loading up on ya that is the bog
  13. that is the gear that drives your water pump
  14. if you still run the airbox lid then 260's are perfect, im also see level and i ran 7 years on fattys and a filter before i rebuilt her, when you go up in elevation youll run richer than at see level so youll be safe when you run there
  15. youll need to get pod filters or the toomy filter
  16. i got both my cylinders done from grand river racing for 50 bucks total, but i dont know if they are still open
  17. just put the money towards a k&n or somthing similar, i dont no anyone who would waste there time or money trying to replace the stocker
