  5. got any pics of it on the bike??
  6. you must have alot of green!!!!
  7. what kind of shocks do u have? if you still got the stockers in front theres nothing you can really do. youll need to get some decent shocks and when they build them have them sprung and valved for your weight an riding conditions, the more you spend the more adjustablity you will have, ride height, compression, rebound, high speed or low speed compression and rebound and so on
  8. 520 is the width of the chain, stock lenght i think is 102 or 104 links, or somthing like that
  9. i got that clutch, got just the clutch didnt get the kit that came with heavyer springs and its doing great, so far very impressed
  10. im sure its there for a reason, how often do you plan on splitng your cases that its to much trouble to pop the clutch basket off? ive split my cases once after 7 years of hard riding
  11. if i only got to keep one mod on my bike and had to get ride of everything else my front end would stay, by far the best
  12. i got it guys, looked at a schematic online, its the return spring for the clutch lever, and it wasnt broke, i thought it was to at first
  13. i took the clutch cover off to start workin on changing the timing chain and this was laying in the bottom, were did it come from and how do i put it back!!
  14. i thought i was getting a new helmet for our aniversery in a few days and then new goggles from my daughter ( ok also from the wife my daughters only 6months) for fathers day and i was all happy and stuff and now the way the wifes talking my asumptionon of what i was getin may be wrong, now i got to act happy ::
  15. when my crank started getting a little loose and i looked into it it ended up not being much more to just by a hotrods crank already welded from fAST then to have my stocker rebuilt, needles to say i now own a trued and welded hotrods crank that i dont need to worry about coming apart vs a rebuilt stocker
  16. easy there buddy, learn to take a joke, it wasnt anything personal
  17. turn the key on
  18. i could spend a bunch of money and rebuild a ford and its still a ford. spend a little more and just get a chevy. same with the shock, you can get the stocker rebuilt and yes it a bit better, but for a little more you can get a new one from a name brand company and have a way better shock built right from the start
  19. typical import driver, doesent even know what simple tools are
  20. i drilled the rear bolt holes on both sides out a bit and ran a piece of 1/2 allthread all the way through the frame tube and used nuts on both sides to hold on the pegs, this way the force is trying to strecth the all thread not rip the inserts outta the frame again and again, pluss if the all thread gets messed up i just pull it out and spend about 5 bucks on a new hunk vs trying to tix the damn shit again.
  21. it all depends on how they were cured how much damage was done
