  1. Rocz bought a frame without a title. Rocz tried to register the frame in his home state. Turns out the frame was hot. Rocz PM'd JD about the frame being hot. Rocz got pissed when JD didn't answer him fast enough, so he started this POS of a thread. Turns out JD was on vacation in Puerto Rico. JD found out about the issue, and JD promptly refunded Rocz his money. Bottomline is, "If Rocz wanted to register the frame in his home state he should have bought a frame with a fuckin title." End of discusion... Someone please close this Piece of Shit of a thread already!
  2. Try one of those telescoping magnetic retrieval tools to pull the rest of the pieces out.
  3. Here's a shop. http://www.twostrokeshop.com/tss_gearbox_bearings_rz350_banshee.htm I'm sure any one of the site sponsors can get the bearings too.
  4. Right here, post #6. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=147827&st=0&p=1275716&hl="bearing"&fromsearch=1entry1275716
  5. I just read about this exact thing potentially happening if you run helical gears and TZ Bearings.
  6. Really? Have HJR port your Serval Cylinders and sell the Pro Circuits in favor of Rocket R2's or some IF Shearers.
  7. You sir are a perfect candidate for a ported Serval and a set of R2's?
  8. Right here. http://www.toomey.com/html/intake_system_parts1.htm
  9. If you want 70whp, I'd sell whatever you can off it and call Andy at M&M ATV and buy a 4mil Serval motor package. They are good for 80whp on pump gas with as cast ports. 70whp is going to require high comp., heavy porting and race gas with a stock stroke motor.
  10. OK man... we got it!
  11. Here is some info worth reading. http://www.toomey.com/html/cat-t5-1_store.htm Here you can buy the specially ground needles for the perfect fuel curve for T5's. http://www.toomey.com/html/intake_system_parts1.htm Here's some more info regarding the jetting. Almost all the way down numbered 1-5 in bold text. http://www.toomey.com/html/t5-inst.htm 1. Needle on the 4th groove 2. #280 Main jet (sea level, #270 for hot days or high altitude <2500') 3. Float setting = 21mm 4. Airscrew at approx. 1.5 turns out from full in. (Effective range .5 to 2.5) 5. Standard pilot jet (#25) IMO, I'd buy their "Perfect Jet Kit".
  12. Welcome to the site! Warm the bike up and do a compression test. People say 93 octane pump gas is safe up to 160psi kicking compression and no more than +4* advanced timing. Look under the flywheel for an adjustable timing plate and see where the timing advance is. People run up to +7* timing on race fuel.
  13. What are your power goals? People say if you're looking to make 60whp or more, its not worth it to weld the stocker and it might be worth your while to do a 4mil stroker. Then later when you have more money you can pick up a Serval monoblock cylinder and make 80whp on pump gas. Talk to Jeff at FAST. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/index.asp Andy at M&M http://www.mmatvonline.com/ Kevin at Herr Jugs Racing http://www.herrjugsracing.com/
  14. Nice. You'll have write up a mod list.
  15. Looks awesome man! I hope you're blueprinting this. You might be able to sell this as a kit. How do you plan to handle the a-arms?
  16. What's the status of this build? Any updates?
  17. Oh hell yeah! Heavy ass 2-Stroke Quad whooping ass on all bikes! WFO!
  18. Nice rack though!
  19. x3 Why don't you give us a little info on her so we can help you spend less time wrenching and more time riding. You're a Tech, you should enjoy some strange. Banshees are extremely easy work on. Pick up a Clymers manual and get her running right.
  20. Yep, perfect pic! But IIRC, F.A.S.T. mods both sides, but I may be mistaken. F.A.S.T. also includes a slightly softer spring as well.
  21. You guys do realize John went on a dead thread resurrection spree last night. This thread has to be oldest thread I've seen bumped EVAR!
  22. It seems that a lot of people advocate cutting every other dog and engagement dog to their gears. Do Duneable Overrides have this done to them in conjunction to whatever else makes them shift when WFO? Does anyone know if a Duneable N-1-6 is available?
  23. @ Banshee-pile Dude, relax. You do realize this thread has been dead for almost 5.5yrs. John, the guy above you, he probably bumped this thread To The Top because he was bored and wanted to see how many people would keep this POS thread going. I've been active daily, and I mean daily, since March this year, and I haven't seen anything remotely disrespectful in the least bit. I've seen some pretty stupid NooB threads, but people keep it cool and correct them without any flaming and bashing. There are a few people on here that like to start shit and eThug, but it usually gets worked out and they get put in their place. I say, sit back, relax do some searching and reading and you will see who's full of shit, who's cool and who are dicks. Welcome to the BHQ. That was perfect Ryan!
  24. The needle bearings in the holes for the shift shaft sound good. The drum mod also sounds good. Do you know of any shops that offer these services?
  25. Yes the slot is opened like mentioned above and the shaft spring is lighter.
