  1. Nvrmd Viton is the way to go.
  2. I have a set on my 87. Wished I would have bought 20x10x8's instead of 20x10x10's.
  3. McMaster Carr sells high temp buna-n o-rings.
  4. You can get bronze j-arm bushings from Toomey Racing. 2nd to last item. http://www.toomey.com/html/chassis_parts1.htm

  6. Now you're fuckt up, neither Jeff or Andy are gonna build your shit now... LOL
  7. Nice! How do they feel when you ride her?
  8. What LT set-p are you running? I'm in the market and I'm thinking Fireball.
  9. I think he's right. The link he posted shows a big wheel hub. http://www.ebay.com/itm/280771244430?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_500wt_1128 Here's a normal hub. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2002-YAMAHA-BANSHEE-YFM-RIGHT-REAR-HUB-WHEEL-AXLE-HUB-BRAKES-/290660351408?_trksid=p4340.m185&_trkparms=algo%3DSIC.NPJS%26its%3DI%26itu%3DUA%26otn%3D5%26pmod%3D280771244430%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D5890782690799300836 Compare the pics again.
  10. IIRC, the YFZ Pegs are almost centered on the bolt holes. I'd move the pegs centered over the holes and leave just enough clearance over the holes to put the hex head screws back in with a ratchet and may just a 1/4" more clearance for shits and giggles. Your fab skills are top notch, use you best judgement.. How do you plan to handle the offset of the brake lever side? And for those of you that have smaller feet, Pro Design makes a nice billet shifter that is almost 2" shorter in length. I have both the original length shifter and their shorter one. The brake lever would need to be cut and rewelded.
  11. Damn, you do nice work. But why didn't you move the peg back an inch or 2? I hope to get some time this weekend, I'm going to post up how to slightly modify 09 YFZ450R foot pegs to fit on a Banshee.
  12. Call Kevin at HJR 760-815-1316 www.herrjugsracing.com Tell him what mods you have now, what type of riding, skill level of rider and he can determine what porting would compliment the current mods and your lady's riding style. Kevin's turn around time is very reasonable as well. Jeff at FAST is another great engine builder, in fact, any site sponsor should be able to hook you up. Call around and put your feelers out there. If you're in a hurry, make sure and ask the builder what kind oi turn around time is expected, some shops take longer than others. Talk to a couple of builders and see who you feel most comfortable with.
  13. DMR? Pics or they don't exist. LOL
  14. Who made them? Are they LT, or just a +2 or +3+1? I have a set of old school JP Racing +2+1 J-Arms on my 87.
  15. How does she ride it? Does she drag race in the dunes, ride trails, race moto-x?
  16. Try these guys. I haven't called them yet. Free Shipping and Free Shock Wears. http://www.precisionpowersports.com/ I want a set of Elka Stage 3's with Comp and Rebound adjustment as well. I do know that I want a set-up like this. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=146669&st=0&p=1265288&fromsearch=1entry1265288 http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=146671 http://www.fireball-racing.com/arms.htm
  17. Thanks for letting me know the length of the swinger. That thing looks really long, but then again it's rare seeing a +4 on a Banshee without paddles. On another note, I'm really diggin how those front plastics are cut. I've never seen the fronts cut that way before.
  18. Yeah, that's what I figured.
  19. OK, but can you tell me how long that swinger is anyway? I'm thinking it's a +6?
  20. I have BNIB V-Force 3's w/reed stuffers. I also have two very new Keihin 35mm PWK Air Strikers, very new K&N Pods, very new Black Outer Wears, and a Billet Intake w/internal cross-over. Make an offer if interested.
  21. Looks like CPI makes a decent pipe. Damn near a perfect match to the Snipers except for the very peak number. CPI's make more torque and more area under the curve than Shearer's. Hrmmmm...
  22. Cheap and ball joints, are you sure you want to use those two words in the same sentence?
  23. You can also get them from Kevin at HJR http://www.herrjugsracing.com/Heads_Domes_Orings.html
