  1. Pretty sure some of the bowls are interchangeable. Do your carbs have the idle adjustment through the choke(pj), or is there a screw on the side that moves the slide(PWK)
  2. For a bit more rise at the bars you could try a CR high bend type of bar. Maybe some risers? Ultimately a stem would be best but I get that it's a big investment. Just keep peeking on eBay and the for sale section and you may just come accross a great deal.
  3. I hear about that a lot with big stroke motors. Just keep an eye on that if it's a billit crank.
  4. WARNING: To much scratching of the nuts may cause extreme chaffing.
  5. Well that's a trip. Kinda like when you are looking for a stripper on back page and they have photos of a porn star.
  6. 27.5, needle on the second from the bottom clip, 330ish main. If not, fix the air leak at the reeds.
  7. Kinda like when people just buy race fuel because they think it automatically makes a bigger boom. Not really the case. I remember having that argument with a friends dad at 16. My buddy bought a used truck and his dad told him to put premium in it to "clean it out". I explained that the truck was fine on regular and I used the race fuel analogy to try to make sense and he wouldn't budge. To this day he runs race fuel in his bone stock honda 450 dirt bike and always wonders why it is a bitch to start and never rev out. Long story short. Let the motor dictate the fuel you run.
  8. I wouldn't say all name brand race fuels are "performance enhancing", but once you start messing with the oxygenated Q series stuff from VP or even my new choice VP113, you will have some slight additional gain over normal race fuels.
  9. I have a -2 on a race gas 4mm set up and it's fun! That +4 swinger should make for a bit more predictability and keep the front down when you want.
  10. And cause boost bottle threads!
  11. Oh jeez.... Another one of these threads
  12. I thought 100ll was AV fuel?
  13. You will probably be the first to ever try that combo. The psi pipes are practically vintage now.
  14. Teuche' 7 would be to hot for a banshee
  15. I suppose. Seen them on many ported motors and did decent.
  16. Maybe check the adjuster as well.
  17. First, your bike has stock gearing so it won't go any faster then STOCK. It will get there quicker, but the MPH will be the same unless you are carrying a little bit more RPM. Second, the T5's aren't for stock motors. They do a pretty decent job of complimenting fairly modded motors. They are probably plenty for your set up, unless you want an inframe drag pipe. Third, fuel type is dictated by the motors needs. Putting race fuel in a motor that doesn't need it will hurt performance. You hear guys say they run it thinking it gives more performance but in reality a lot of guys running it aren't actually getting a full combustion. Race fuel is for motors with higher compression and additional timing. What kind of timing are you running and what is the compression ratio? This could also be part of the dead spot on top.
  18. Could also be a head gasket leak. Do a leak down or use a compression gauge that shows pressure loss .
  19. Shit, you didn't know 2pac is still alive porting and painting RM80's?
  20. It's old news, but while we're on the subject.... Lap tht bitch!
