  1. Seriously nobody has any idea where to start?
  2. Forgot to say I ckecked spark while the plugs where out. Pushed it over by hand and looked, spark is good.
  3. I rebuilt my motor last year with new crank, pistons, the works (no porting as the cash wasn't there). T5 pipes, tors delete and k&n filter with outerwears. I jetteted it fat to not burn it down, now with 6 gallons of gas through it and I feel the rings are properly seated. So I took my shee to a reputable tuner who did a good job on my raptor and a friend's kfx 400 since I didn't have time to tune it. Picked it up Friday, rode it at his place and ran awesome. Loaded it into my truck (fuel off) and drove the 8 miles home. Pull it out if the truck and it was running only on the left side. Take it back over, float was stuck apparently. Picked it today, rode great again. Put it back in my truck and drove home again. Take it out of the truck and it ran on both cylinders for 10-20 seconds then died like someone hit the kill switch. It wouldn't start so I pulled the plugs, shut the fuel off, killed the ignition, then proceeded to kick the shit out of it to clear it out. Then let it sit for 20-30 minutes in 70deg weather to help clear it out. Put plugs back in still nothing, doesn't even attempt to fire. Repeated the process but put new plugs in. Then kicked it. Nothing. Kicked it 15-20 times. Pulled the plugs and there was no fuel on them. Just a faint gasoline smell. It has fresh ethanol free premium (91 octane) mixed 40:1 with AmsOil Dominator. In the morning I plan to drain the bowls by standing her on end then try full choke and wide open to see what happens. I'm hoping someone with more knowledge will chime in. Thanks, Brad.
  4. Doubt it. His will ride better and be much stronger. I give you props on design idea but it looks like a death trap.
  5. The back seems decent on travel and I don't "need" anything long travel. Just doing it for a great ride quality and if I turn into a big jumper it's there.
  6. I just rebuild my bike (stock motor) and am doing suspension first. Already lots of power
  7. Yes but you asked what is a better place for cash. Without knowing this info I suggested the motor. Next logically is suspension. New, not stupid.
  8. I haven't read one bad thing about the new axis stuff. Really swayed me
  9. Thanks. I'm going to be doing the lobo 2 roll design long travel kit with axis more than likely. Best of everything.
  10. Ahh. I thought that was done on the order form.
  11. What do I tel said guy building my shocks? "Hey Bob. Do a good job. Thanks, bye." I have no clue about buioding shocks. I will say this about adjustability, high/low speed compression adjustment is nice for cornering and bumps since they can be adjusted seperately. Something cheaper shocks don't have.
  12. I like to get them rebuilt and checked out often. Im just that guy that if it can break it will. Also off season gets boring without something to wrench on other than Arctic Cat's screw ups!!!
  13. Remote ressi or piggy? I don't care which as long as I can get the plush ride kit since it will start as a trail cruiser and as my confidence grows ill get gutsy. Hard part is going to be convincing my insurance company that a 1997 banshee is worth $10k. I've got $4k in it now with the fresh rebuild and stuff now (insured at $4k atm)
