  1. Gigot or driveline. Driveline also makes the Vito's one I think.
  2. Slingshots are awesome on a budget and mean you don't have to buy a new cover. They are also pretty easy to get close and just ride.
  3. My face and your ass! Uhh.... Your ass and my face.... You know what I mean. ( Joe Dirt FTW )
  4. It will work ok with the HD springs. However.... It will take little to no weight to work with those springs and it will lock up faster and way harsher and almost cause a bog situation till you dial it in. If you spend the money on the lock up, get some lighter springs. The lock ups do two things. Keep the power to the ground by eliminating wheel and clutch slip(except when wanted), and make riding easier with lighter springs. I get flamed for it, but I reccomend a lock up on any bike. They aren't just for big motors. You can put them on trail motors and ride effortlessly. Mine is almost comparable to the 450's
  5. Yahtzi! The wobble from a loose bushing can get the shaft a little funky and it seems as though you figured it out.
  6. This on your hybrid bike? With the exhaust? I think we figured out your over heating issue as well. That 25 is a bit lean for even a mild build like yours. Try a 27.5
  7. I applaud your effort and ability to machine. However the geometry on that thing is just so far off. The pivot points are all mismatched and the tie rods will never work in conjunction with the arms. The spindles are at the most crazy angles and can't be adjusted. Not being a dick just stating facts. You obviously can design and create so I think you should seriously consider crafting your own arms if you can weld. You would be far better off and would be amazed at how much better it could handle.
  8. This is my bike on 14" blaster shocks for ice racing. You would only be a cunt hair higher.
  9. Pretty sure geometry is all the same on those. Although the only possibility I can think of off the top of my head is that your different part numbers might be from different models. Say one xc model and one normal model. I think the most drastic shock change was when the newer R versions with long travel shocks came along. Any way you could post those part numbers?
  10. Isn't the ring gap supposed to be calculated according to piston/bore size and whether or not the piston is forged or cast? Or is that just piston free play? I just thought that a bigger piston ran bigger ring gaps due to he fact that it would expand more and smaller pistons got less ring gap. Correct me if I'm over thinking it.
  11. It's like fantasy football NYUK! And ported heads huh? We want it to be a 4 stroke?
  12. Do people really think they can just total up the cost of a new bike plus all the half assed work they put in over the years? 12,500 for those and one needs a top end? Get fucking real!
  13. No, my buddy ran in to that issue on a build. The thread is called project frame chop.
  14. Sexy times right there.
  15. Ohh...... Like this.
  16. Negative ghost rider..... That is just a myth. Only reason some people think their average motors run cooler on race fuel is because it typically isn't actually burning all the fuel completely. So it won't produce the heat. In turn there is lost power and excessive money spent on something not needed. Motors designed for race fuel will risk running hotter due to added compression and timing. Obviously some race fuels will run cooler due to evaporation rates but that is a completely different subject.
  17. Whoa! That graph was with no PV's? WTF! Impressive!
  18. correction: bitches and fags with good looking fancy shit! And yeah nightmare, mine are done by hand.
  19. Isn't that referred to as split row or dual pass? No biggie, hope it works for ya.
  20. Wow, that is a perfect curve! Nice and clean pull on the graph, you guys must have it spot on.
  21. Something like that...
  22. Damn.... Brandon just let a great nugget of knowledge out right there. Not many threads with exhaust jet sizing if any.
