I'm hoping you mean the middle section of the reed. That is done with proper assembly like those ^ fine folks mentioned above. If you mean the whole cage wiggles between the manifold an cylinder, you would need shorter bolts.

A motor I've been putting together for a buddy had a very old Trans that Brad did about 10 years ago. I wanted to change a few things and Brad was more then willing to go through it. If you were willing to drive to him it's doable. The guys at Vito's have individual billits that they would definitely get sent out ASAP. ^ was actually typing something similar then read your post john. That is exactley what I thought was going on. The only 10 serval around here has incredibly low jet number on some 34mm PJ's with power jets. OP, definitely try a different needle profile. The CEL, CGL, and DGH seem to work really well in the PWK's.

There are arms out there that work pretty well with 16.5" shocks. Problem is, don't the 400ex perches have a narrower mount? IE, the shock it self where the bolt goes through, is thinner then a banshee?
