  1. Fullbore has moved on..... They are expanding in to other markets unfortunately. I hope it's possible that someone may be able to buy their tooling and start new production.
  2. Really? I love engine braking on flat track. I ride much faster times that way, but it requires a bit more compression to work the way I like. I am trying a lower compression this season for reliability, so it may require a different style of riding.
  3. Now it's Brandon's turn? I had a set of wildcard domes on a motor and they were definitely not some shelf pro design stuff.... They were top notch and the machine work was flawless.
  4. ^ if it's not an issue, why the literature?
  5. Lock up with 1 lb springs.....
  6. ^ timing gets the bike low end. Excessive timing up top makes the motor fight itself and won't rev out as well. This is why guys with programmable ignitions set up curves with heavy advance early on, and then retard the timing further up in the revs.
  7. Jeff's kit is simple. When your clutch arrives, put it in a bag or pan of the same oil you will be running in the transmission. Just pull the old one. Toss the rubber o-ring thing. Inspect your clutch hub and pressure plate for grooves. If it's good to go begin the install. Start with a fiber, then steel. The pressure plate will need to be indexed and there are marks on the hub and plate that you can use.
  8. Another detail. On those long down hills. If you're ever doing it with the clutch pulled in, get a pancake bearing. It will keep the clutch push rod from welding it self to the ball bearing on the end
  9. Could be a slipped liner. At the top where the head mounts, can you snag an edge if you run your finger nail or pick tool accross it?
  10. Interested in selling the white tank shroud?
  11. If they were cast with more meat over the transfer area, these could be fun sleeper cylinders.
  12. Sacrificial research....
  13. I know a few of the older designs definitely benefit from it. (Old GPX 670)No clue if any of the common Atv cylinders would benefit.

  15. Wow, this is coming up quite a bit lately. It is definitely surfaced and done to promote turbulence in the case. I've seen lots of snowmobile stuff like that. Kinda the same thought when guys "turbo" the crank webs. How bout a shot of the upper case half on the under side?
  16. A leak down will tell you all you need to know. There is a thread here that tells ya how to make one and do it properly. If it passes the leak down, I would say it's leaky carbs and the seal on the clutch actuator is toast. Oh, this place loves some grammar!
  17. Not really a noticeable difference. The short rod may rev a cunt hair faster and higher. The long rod is more of a reliability deal.
  18. The timing will get you some bottom end back. Also, a new head and domes will help liven it up a bit. Maybe have a stock head milled and re chambered by mull. Just order a used one online and drop ship it
  19. Yep, here's your sign....
  20. Used to think guys with flow benches were just stoner hippies with insence. Then I learned what smoke sticks were for....
  21. I can't see why it would blow up bexause it's a circle track set up, but if you are riding it in flat track trim, that is beating you and the bike up way more then stock suspension would. I looked at the gallery for photos of your bike, but can't find ya in there. Post some here in the thread.
