  1. There are quite a few calculations involved as well. Finding out Velocity flow, cc's, everything. As others have said it's an art. It takes years and years of practice, recording, and understanding what works and what doesn't. And a lot of money to go through cylinders.
  2. I think you are probably right. Awhile ago I took my kill switch apart because it wasn't working properly. And I think I remember seeing some of the wires off(solder "broke") So maybe I'll solder her all back together this week.
  3. Are you talking about a Boost Port? Usually drilled into the side of the intake and flows into the cylinder.
  4. Before I did my own clean up port on my shee, the lights would only work on low, even if the switch was on high. After I ported my shee, and being as it rev's higher...at low idle the lights stay low beam, but once over a certain RPM, the high beams will kick on and stay on until I let the rev's down again. Are they suppose to do this, or what's the deal here Thanks Dinner
  5. You could cut the springs a little bit(not too much) do little bits at a time and see if you like it. I'm sure others have ideas, I thought there was a little spring kit but I'm not sure.
  6. Maybe make it a little smaller  :yelrotflmao:
  7. :yelrotflmao: This topic went from 6 pages yesterday when I read it, to 10 pages tonight. I got to read about a wookie, cat cleaner, everything  Even though I was hoping for some dyno number's of a banshee, not a mustang  And i love how ojcool keeps saying something, then..but you would of known that because you are so smart. Well so far yea Firehead seems extremely smarter than you

    Fly Wheel Puller

Sounds Good, I just wanted to see if anyone had one to get ride of. Guess i'll be going out shopping
  9. Sounds like some weird shiz nat is going on. I probably would of seen it as well but my hydro was off from 12:30 last night to 4 this morning, talk about a cold fricken house! Maybe it was a sign so that i wouldn't see that Baron hack :yelrotflmao:
  10. I'm hoping to get out there with some friends one of those weekends. Probably the weekend you guys go out there just so i can meet some you guys  I'd probably meet up with Dave in Chatham then go from there. Hopefully you figure out what is ticking in your shee Dave. Could you take a little vid of it and post it up?
  11. Sounds like the jetting could be way off. Your low end shouldn't be so bad that you can hardly get moving. I have full Pro Circuit exhaust, and i don't have to rev it up that much to get her moving. Do you know what your jetting is right now, air temperature and elevation?
  12. I use Photoshop  I made RIPPEN's up as well

    Fly Wheel Puller

Just wondering if anyone has an extra fly wheel puller kicking around that they would like to get rid of? If not then I'll probably end up buying one from Jeff
  14. I really like mine, a lot better than what I had before(DG :shoothead: ) And I love the sound of them. If i'm not mistaken one of RIPPEN's friends has a set of PC's on his bike, and it's a real nice bike
  15. Yea, all tonight I was having troubles loading the pages, replying, anything. But now it's working...
  16. Get a set of front pipes for sure..you'll be surprised how much your stock ones blow :yelrotflmao: Your just a whimp, lol jk WOOT!
  17. I need a Tig
  18. Sounds like you might be too lean. Warm up your bike on your old plugs, then once you have it warmed up, put the new ones in and go to a plug chop. Then take some pictures of your plugs and post them on here
  19. You still have the stock air filter and lid on? What is the air temperature around you? Have you checked your plugs/done a plug chop? Your T5's should have a good difference over stock.
  20. You said you can unplug the right side and it will still run? Do you mean it runs crappy due to running on one cylinder. Or does it run the same as if that wire was hooked on? Sounds like you could have no spark on the side(coil, fouled plug) and it's just sending it through.
  21. I tried sealing it up and I went out riding today and it's been holding well. So I might leave it like this for a bit, unless something happens. Yea one of my friends has all those bits I just found out today. So if my sealant starts to fail, I will take it out.
  22. Nice Looking Banshee, Welcome to the site
  23. If you took a look at my porting I did yesterday than you probably would of read my story about my coolant drain bolt :shoothead: Long story short...I broke my coolant drain bolt inside my left cylinder. Tried getting it out but no luck. I was wondering if I should drill it out, and re-tap it. Or if I could seal it up as is, then when time comes to take them off again. I'll just keep them up right and then drain it by tipping it upside down. I know that way is lazy..but what do you guys think I should do, and would i be alright with sealing it up? Thanks Dinner
  24. That looks like fun! Just need to make a little track and your all set :yelrotflmao: How was shee handling on the ice?
  25. Is your 2nd Gen a 12V or 24V? Cause you are lucky if you have a 24V and your VP44 hasn't gone out
