  1. Good deal,Cuase I did not like when you daid you could loose some bottom end.Ill take all the power I can get low to high end.
  2. Just paid $160 with shipping, for complete top end from Moto Man out of Michigan.$50 for bore both cylinders at local race car engine builder. Thats $210 for a complete top end rebuild, not a dime more.
  3. Just make sure you dont defeat the purpose of a stroker.
  4. what do you call inexpensive?
  5. Ihave seen, fuel restrictions from inline fuel filters, that look fine.Gas caps vapor locking, starving the engine of fuel. Was the screen in the petcock cleaned? Its rare, but I have also seen the case crack by the crank bearings, and let gear oil in.
  6. sounds like maybe the side getting hot is not getting enough fuel flow.Check floats and no fuel restrictions.Open the drain screw on the float screw and make sure it drain fuel a good rate, maybe compare the two draining at the same time, are they even.
  7. I think my brother has a fmf for $75.slip on,decent shape and I dont have a camera.
  8. Toomeys are chrome, decent shape, one silencer tab was rewelded on the frame side, does not affect looks .
  9. Yes ,this is normal.Measure the bottom of the piston, then go by Wiseco clearance specs.Best ofall to you and other people, call the manufacture first.
  10. Save your money and keep the stock carbs, just install throttle overide kit.Your money can be spent in other places for better gains.Like suspension, steering stabilizer.Stock carbs are not bad,or Yamaha would have not used them for so many years.
  11. Just for your info I have ported many banshees and blasters. I even had a ad in the Dirt wheels magazine all one summer in the classifieds.I was not beating up your cylinders.I even said give us some measurements.I will line my 350 up most banshees, win or loose
  12. 13 tooth front sprocket, and if your banshee is piped make sure the low end jetting is perfect.higher compression helps alot also.
  13. Yea I have never had a lack of power on a good ported 350 on any hill.Just keep it in the rev and climb away, throwing roost all the way.
  14. Like said about looking at exhaust port hard to tell,we need measurements. As for the intakes or the whole thing looks like somebody just did some sanding.I would bet it will not run much better than a stock one.
  15. Rocky mountain atv sell them cheap.
  16. I dont know ,but they sure do look like nice quality.Less money at rebuild time also.
  17. Doller for dollar thats a good deal ,and alot of people run them.Do you have the mods needed for a bigger carb, and you know you will need bigger intake boots.
  18. ILl try to make it real simple .If you have good gas, good spark ,mixing your oil right,a properly jetted banshee rarely fouls plugs.
  19. 28 mm, and they fit your intakes. You dont need huge carbs on a banshee to get great performance.
  20. Your crank bearing will get worse as time .You noise was probally piston slap.I have seen some noisy motor last quit a while, then the next not.Just remember good 2 stroke oil and the right amount lubricates your bearings. If you can afford to fix the crank now is the time.
  21. Maybe he wanted some rims with strength to them,or later will use for some more abuse,or likes to get some air.
  22. My only question is how can those little jets out flow a 1/4 fuel line.I have seen more problems on the gas cap vapor locking then anything.
