  1. most people don't buy a banshee to ride it slow, tuned properly you won't foul plugs every day or burn pistons every week.I got mine a year ago in a basket.put a crank and new topend in it, beat the piss out of it all year and still have the same compression as i did when i rebuilt it.
  2. my guess for the speedo reading slow is because the tires are barely on the ground untill you hit 5th gear.
  3. put a 15 in the front, you'll like it better than a smaller one.
  4. you only need one or the other not both plate and key.
  5. you can get a ricky stator timing plate w/o the stator. it's $35. +4 degrees you'll love it.
  6. your airbox drains are plugged, and your reeds might not be closing, or your carbs need cleaning. and the list goes on...
  7. 15 in the front is the way to go, no cons at all.best for all around conditions, and you'll love the holeshot.
  8. make sure it's warmed up good, in the cold weather banshees like to creep until the oil warms up. If your oil is old and nasty and your basket is woreit will creep worse.
  9. 87-89 are different, 90 on up should be the same.If your asking if you can take the hub off the 94 axle and put it on the 02, you can.
  10. Yes...
  11. what he said. honda engineers got there shit together.
  12. I believe the out of frame pipes are going to pull more air needing more fuel.
  13. What he said..... 287563[/snapback] Thats why there legends.
  14. If you lost a cylinder, you would of said my engine is running like shit and gas is all over my quad. how is it running?
  15. I heard Robs running 6.0 in the 1/8 with his triple port 350 motor, and his 60 ft could be better. don't know anything about a&s
  16. your trans takes about 1 1/2 qts. I run 32-1 premix, thats 4 oz to 1 gal. hope this helps
  17. Don't be sorry for finally getting a 2 stroke,be thankful for getting your shit together.
  18. the t-3s come on the pipe hard causing wheel spin or wheelies. sst's are pretty
  19. 270 -310 on the mains stock pilot just to get you in the ball park.
  20. you can file them down as a bandaid fix,it will get you by for awile. I got a hinson, the clutch is alot smoother than a screwed up stock one, but pricey. I don't have anymore clutch problems though.
  21. It's not what i would do, but if that's what you can afford and it keeps you riding... also sounds like you need to clean your case better when you reassemble
  22. the 530 setup weighs alot and takes more hp's to run. that's less hp to the tires. something to think about.
  23. for trail riding you might want to try fmf fatties or ptr mids. there said to come on the pipe easier and not lose traction because of tire spin. also makes power from bottom to top. just some things iv'e read hear. ask sredish he has had both pipes. Welcome to the HQ
  24. sounds like a crank seal on the flywheel side. might be why your motor keeps melting down.
  25. 30 /30 warrenty, 30 feet or 30 seconds. that sucks dude.
