  1. i have a nice bit of port work done to my cylinders so i would really like to keep them do you think i'll feel a big decrease in power going from a 0.80 bore to stock bore? 290403[/snapback] You might see a power increase...at .080 over you might be running a little hot. With a stock bore you will run cooler and be more efficent. Just a thought.
  2. On my honda I had to loosen the allen screws quite a bit... Did you use any lube when you slid it together?
  3. I agree with plug pilot, or other carb related problem Does it fire when reved up?

  8. the choke circuit might not be working properly, or your reeds are weak. your rings could be wore not creating enough vacuum to pull enough fuel when cold. It could just be a cold hearted bitch...
  9. I agree, less gap = less burn = less combustion = less power. plus you will foul your plugs more.
  10. is your timing advanced? mine was missing and laying down on top when the timing was at 7-8 degrees. backed it to 4 degrees no more problems. what type of fuel are you using?

  12. I milled mine .025 and run + 4 degrees on 93 octane

  14. after you do the other things, if you still have the problem ,check your float height.clean your carbs also.

  16. don't run the 15-45 your ratio will be 3 to 1 and your sprockets will wear faster because of the even ratio.

  19. I pull 5th gear no problem. all bolt on no port work. 20-10-8, 10 paddle extremes. 15/41 It's all in the tune!!!
