  1. skat-trak extremes...they turn great for a straight paddle, and hook the best
  2. look in the classifieds for a quad that needs a motor. my buddy got a banshee rolling with a title for $400. good luck
  3. what size pilots do you have? yes if your fat in the middle you can raise your clip.
  4. if you have a flat spot out of the hole your pilot is probably to small, is it bogging down on top or laying down. if your running a mikuni the main sounds to small.
  5. The problem is you only make power 1 out of 4 revolutions causing your pipe to be imbarressed... seriously is it running good, if the choke isn't working properly it could cause an overrich condition, causing the pipe to turn red. have you done any mods.
  6. I heard the gnarlies only have slightly more topend than a stock pipe. I don't know any one that has them to confirm that. how do you like your port work.
  7. I like the hit of the toomeys, but with out traction it does you no good. The fattys come on easier for better traction and pull almost as high. better choice for trails.my opinion
  8. My t-6s blued about 2-3 inches, my jetting was a little fat through the middle at first. no problems now
  9. I would get v-force reeds first and mill my head. just my opinion
  10. very reliable with good maintaince and a few mods. the stock carbs don't like moisture, easily fixed with a thors removel kit. or get the trinity cv intake way better. the coil connections are poor and it doesn't like moisture either. wheelies are easy on a banshee with the right pipes, traction and gearing.
  11. I change my oil after two hard rides, just drain and refill. I use klotz flex drive 30 I don't use the hose idea any more my water bill was getting to high
  12. did you check all of the switches that could kill your spark.I would do that first. good luck electrical sucks.
  13. I wolud get new plugs, clean the carbs, check your jetting. If you had power in to third and then it layed down it might be lean. If it started when it was warmer but not now your pilot or air screw might be off. what was the jetting in your old carbs compared to the new ones. Welcome
  14. with your mods a 175 main sounds lean to me,when you say not reving out is it laying down like it is out of gas, or stumbling and missing like a fouled plug.
  15. make sure somebody didn't modify the boot. I don't think a 40 will fit in the 35 boot.I run a 38 and it was a tight sqeeze.
  16. I agree, clip in the middle
  17. sorry to hear that, but your stock carbs back on and you'll spank him,,, or get your motor ported to handle those carbs and he won't hang with you through first. also put a 15t in front.
  18. try checking them wet, squirt some oil in the cylinders hold the throttle opened and kick. see if there is a big change, if there is start pricing a topend
  19. easy mod, timing platefrom ricky stator $35 more bottom end I heard it's about 2 hp
  20. one weekend a year they turn the beach into a track, they race mini class on up. I think it had 250 people enter last year, looks cool
  21. cpi's make more power through the middle, rdz makes a litte more on top.don't know about the rockets.
  22. This man doesn't give bad advise listen, learn
  23. my timing is at +4, and my head is milled.025, my squish is at .048. I believe .040 is optium. awesome mods, you'll love them
  24. I agree, after trying 13, 14, and 15, the 15 is staying.the pro flow with a k-n and outerwear with your lid modded will give you the best protection against water and mud. ricky stator timing plate is $35 and has -10 to +10 degrees. worth every penny. milling your head .025-.030 is another cheap mod good luck
  25. I like the 15 way better than 13 or 14. alot more fun to ride.
