  1. Thanks guys, Rippen that site had some cool stuff  -Brian
  2. Hey guys, We're finally getting around to finishing our basement and I need some ideas of what to put downt there. Obviously a TV, some couches, and maybe a computer. Post up some pictures of your basements, entertainment systems, and any suggestions of what I should throw down there. Merry Christmas
  3. Ever think of getting a 250r? for about 3500 you can have a sweet R with an aftermarket frame, LT suspension, one hell of a motor, and all the goodies. Its no shee in the motor department, but it still has that 2-stroke snap, and its a do it all quad for sure. Rebuilds and parts will probably cost less, and I think you'd have a lot more fun on an R, being able to handle trails and the mx track as well as your buddies who have the 450's. Check out R's on ebay to get an idea of what theyre going for. I think I saw some beautiful R's on the quadzone forums, under the full race classified section. Good luck, Brian Edit.... Just read you got a 450. Congrats
  4. Suspension first. Then milled head, pipes, reeds and porting. A good air filter setup is very important also.
  5. A 250 would be a bit much for me right now, but my brother would probably trade his shee. Send me a PM if you'd like. -Brian
  6. Thanks guys, It comes with a skid plate and carbon frame gurds. Read the ebay link, it comes with a bit of extra crap. I plan on putting on some dunlop 952's or 756's in a month or so.
  7. This! Its an 05 yz125. I think I got a pretty good deal, $2,600, and it comes with some spare pipes and silencers that I will probably sell. Heres the Ebay link. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2005-YAMAHA...1QQcmdZViewItem Let me know what ya think! And dont worry, my brother still has his banshee, and he's going away to college, so i'll have the best of both worlds! Also, Loco, your in this months dirtwheels mag (pg. 44) -Brian
  8. Im selling a pair of stock wheels of a 97 banshee. 1 Wheel is gold, the other is painted yellow. They come with tires, but the tires are crappy and dont hold air for long. Im asking 30 for both rims and tires, but I can remove the tires If you'd like. Rims hold air well, and are not dented in. Check out the pictures. BTW, I live on Long island, NY.
  9. Just out of curiousity, what year, if any, did have a different bolt pattern? I sent you a PM ellison.
  10. Hey guys, I totally trashed one of my rear wheels while riding at rausch creek, and now I need a replacement. Does anyone know if a stock rear wheel off an 87 banshee will fit on my 97? I vaguely recall reading that the studs are spaced differently on the 87's. Also, If anyone is selling and stock gold rears, shoot me a pm -Brian
  11. Thats crazy. I've found a fishing line strung across a trail i ride once while riding my bike. It was neck height and if I had been riding the shee i woulda been toast People need to wisen up.
  12. Where, I live in wading river, exit 68 off the expressway.
