  1. Try what fast toys said, pour a little bit of fuel in there and shake the tank up. If that is the problem, then you can either rejet it or buy a oil injection block off plate. Then you will have to mix the oil and gas. You might call the dealer you bought it from and ask them if jetting might be the problem.
  2. Call your builder and he will say either cpi,rockets, sheerer or any other in-frame drag pipes. Where are you wanting the power to come on at? Your not going to get any noticable power by switching to trinity pipes.

  5. You might have to go up a size on the mains for the timing advance. If you are under 1000ft I would think you would have to run a mix. EDIT: I reread the post and saw that you had a 2-1 carb, so you might have to go up more than one size on the main jet.
  6. Blasters are oil injected. What kind of oil are you using....there is a special kind for oil injection.
  7. He has a 270 main in, so he probley has pipes. When you say high idling are you talking about it reving to about 1/4 or so throttle? Mine does that and I think they all do, just tap the throttle and it will go back down. List all of your mods.
  8. Hell yea, I play that at school all the time. Seems like alot of HQ Premium Members play yahoo pool....coughLEEcough . It would be cool to have a pool game on the hq and have tournaments and shit .
  9. Green frame, black plastics, green/black/purple seat, black swinger, black lower a-arms/chrome upper, lots of billet to set off the black, polished wheels. I would powdercoat everything you can (lasts longer): frame, swinger, a-arms, steering stem.................... Do you ride dunes? I would up grade you suspension during the rebuild also.

  11. We can help you if you dont know your compression, or know what size domes you have. If the mix your running did fine, than it should be good running that octane, but I would get a compression tester so you can be sure.
  12. Tell us your mods and elevation, so we can give you a starting point. I adjust my needle when the shee is turned off ....what ratio do you mix your oil and gas to? That is going to be the cause of it smoking alot, not your jetting.
  13. If all your doing with your banshee is drag racing, ditch the stock cylinders and get some cubs , but get ready to spend $3000 and more on setting up a 90+hp bike.
  14. Try moving the needle clip down one clip position toward the pointy end of the needle.

  17. Get some kind of pipes first, because your not going to get all the power out of porting and nos with out airflow.
  18. Oh I see what your saying, I got THIS airbox flange from nossmachine on mine. It is 10 times better than the stock plastic one, because it has an o-ring seal and bolts onto the airbox. I put some silicone around it to make sure any dirt did not get in my motor. If you order one, tell them your on bansheehq and you get a 10% discount! Ok, I had the same problem as you with the mid range. Im not trying to sell you everything that nossmachine makes, but when I put on the NOSSMACHINE COOLHEAD with 21cc domes it fixed it. My friend said that the increase of compression might help it, which it did. And he also said that I might try a dynojet needle, but you have to buy the jet kit which it like $60 and I allready have all the jets I need. IMO you should get a coolhead, because it will help your bike run alot cooler and will help the mid range.
  19. I landed pretty hard to far on one side of the bike, thats why I was asking. Then I jacked to check it out and noticed the play if you move the wheel toward the footpeg. Do you think im going to need new bearings? RMATV has All Balls and Pivot Works bearing kits. About how long dos it take to change them out? Also where can I get a greese fitting to lube the bearings in the carrier?

  21. You cant believe everything your hear. 49.8 hp on a stock engine is bullshit, I would get the toomeys.

  23. I jacked the shee up and noticed the axle will move side to side about 1/16 of an inch. My question is, should there be any play there? Ive looked in my clymers and cant find the info I need. Also what kind of tool do I need to check my axle, to see if it is straight?
  24. Try 320 mains, 27.5 pilots, stock needle and notch, airscrews 1.5 turns out. That would be a starting point if you have the lid off.
  25. Try 27.5 pilots and the clip notch on the middle slot. The lid just unsnaps. If you have a K&N filter you should allready have flange that the filter clamps to, so no you do not need anything to seal the filter. Just remeber to clean and reoil it with a K&N recharger kit (can get one at most auto part stores).
