That's strange, Matt and I had a very similiar conversation the other day. Hopefully he'll make the 20 hour drive to Silver Lake again this year. The landscape business really starts to go nuts this time of year, maybe times are good and he's taking advantage of it.

50ish depending on port work. Porting will make "ALL" the difference in the world, so it's hard to say. I always say my motors have 60HP. No matter what I build it will always be 60hp. Don't get too wrapped up in the numbers or pretty dyno charts. Dynos do one thing well, compare. As far as the number goes, who cares. But they will tell you if one pipe will out pull another on a given engine, or where the jetting needs to be tuned in a little more.

I agree, you are just paying for the big name. You can go faster for less and get quality customer service. Does anyone know why Trinity charges $450 to MX port a Cheetah, me neither. Rocketpig on this site seems to be the only saving grace Trinity has left, props to him alone.

I couldn't agree more. I don't ride a Banshee for its handling, it's the motor that really makes these things what they are.

I'm interested in the radiator and tank plastic. I just want to make sure it's the same red as the plastics I have now. Do you have any pics? Anything under 100 or not within 10% of each other needs a rebuild. 120 and up is what I would look for.

Who cuts the stockers? What can they be cut to? What's the usual charge for something like this?

That's pretty much where I needed the measurement. 2 1/4" may be just enough to make them fit. I make take you up on that. I have a brand new set of Rockets here that may be up for sale if they do fit. I can get away with a little sacrifice in the low end, but I want something that pulls hard on top. When I get the motor back, I will definately start to experimn=ent. Thanks, Jay

Looking to try new pipes. Does anyone know if the Shearers will clear the Powervalves on an RZ? I posted a while back about measureing from the front corner of a Banshee jug to the nearest point on a Shearer, is anyone able to take that measurement?

Nobody's cutting anyone any slack today. Survival of the fittest definately describes BansheeHQ lately. But I think that's what this site needs. You builder should be able to tell you exactly what size dome you need and Vito's should be able to supply them. I know nothing of the Vito's block or head, but I will assume they take a special dome. You should contact Vito's, see if they can get you some blanks, talk to the builder and see what he would like the dome to be and get someone that can machine the dome to exactly what you want. There is too much power to be made and lost in the dome itself to go with a standard cut. That's not to say that a standard cut isn't right 98% of the time, but you have obviously steped up to a monoblock, pay the little bit of extra and get a custom dome built for your exact motor.

I forgot all about those, but the parking brake disconnected is good for at least a bike length.

Is it a negative preload shock built fro your weight and SA length? All the self saggers sit rather low, but they are meant to. They offer as much sag as regular travel when weighted and full travel when jumping, it really is the best of both worlds. Also, just because a shock is built for your weight does not mean it is going to perform and sit the exact way you want it to.
