  1. Wow, things have changed a little. I need to do some reading, he did great work for me many moons ago but it sounds like things have gotten a little off course. This same shit happens in the car world.
  2. Speedy is right. They will fit on Banshee cases. I think the Banshee trans ratios are better than RZ for dirt anyway. If you are even going to do the swap, get the RZ shift forks and drum.
  3. I have been getting some PMs on this thing lately, I was guessing my "for sale" post must have surfaced. I hope it's working well for you. I miss the bike, but still wouldn't have time to ride it. It was a real blast with the RZ motor in it. It was what Yamaha should have built in the first place.
  4. I have a set, no damage at all but could use a good bath. $175 shipped
  5. I figured I would drag these back up one more time before Ebay. To any others that have enquired about these pipes on this thread, sorry I don't get back on here often but will check if I get a PM.
  6. I think he was looking for a set of flanges also. These are probably the best pipe that will fit an RZ without some serious cutting and welding.
  7. I have no more quads right now, but thanks.
  8. They have one small dent about the size of a pinky tip on the inside and some light surface rust along the lower inner welds. Neither of these can be seen when mounted on a bike. The dent happened where it was up against a frame rail that stock Banshees doesn't have. These are from the first builder, Borrink. Built way before the whole Saga went down with them.
  9. That's interesting you posted that. I had a 4mm 12 port RZ with RZ shift forks and drum in my Outlaw. There is no Banshee jugged motor that can compare, I don't care who ported it.
  10. Replied to. Sorry, I didn't see the email and don't get back to the site much.
  11. I "believe" these are only on there first bore, but I can ask the guy that did the work.
  12. Yes, it was. One of the carbs had an issue, it filled the crank case with oil. I kicked it over around 100 times trying to get it to start with the bad gas. I figure I flooded that side, fouled the plug and continued to make it worse. When I changed plugs, it would half ass pop, but that side was so flooded, without getting it out and running it, it wouldn't clean out before fouling the plug again. I felt stupid when I finally tore it apart, I wiped a coat of fresh oil off the dome on one side. I am offering this at such a low price, just because I am not 100% sure of it. This could be parted out for quite a bit more, so I don't think I will ever see it again after it leaves. I have as much into the porting as I am asking for the whole thing. The scar in the sleeve I believe will hone out. It's not much, but I am trying to explain this motor the best I can. I still have the crank, carbs were sold on Ebay. The Harness will need to be rebuilt. I had to mount all the components in different places to fit the Outlaw frame. All the plugs are there, but some rewireing will need to be done. It includes an RZ manual for wiring purposes.
  13. Yes, I have the pistons, just forgot to mention them in the post. The bore is at 64.90mm.
  14. Top end with 15 hours on it. One cylinder has one slight mark in it, but you can still see all the crosshatch in the sleeves. One of the domes has a few small pits in it. The price reflects that it isn't perfect. I would have the top end looked over if I were putting it on my motor, but I do not believe there to be anything wrong with it. 12 port 4mm porting. Head has been cut to accept stroke, no spacers needed. Comes with jugs, head, all PV hardware, servo, PV controller, CDI, Regulator, Harness, Battery Eliminator, Stator, Shaved Flywheel, flanges. 4mm crank can be included for an extra $300. All prices are plus shipping.
  15. Yes, they were. Does anyone know if a memeber on here was the auction winner?
  16. I've got a set that's set up for gas. I have had a few questions about setting them up for alcohol. Anyone have any idea?
  17. I will get pictures of these up today. This is all you need to really make the Banshee shift well. $225 shipped for complete Tranny.
