If you manage to only run low 4's with a 610, something is seriously wrong. Just the times some are running with 350's now is amazing.

I'm sure he will build anything you want, for the right price. I can't see the Tecate cylinder being that much different than a 250r, beside mating surfaces. If anyone can make that thing fly, it is Calvin.

They just had that sme exact combo on Ebay. I think it went pretty cheap too.

Try switching the plug wires and see if the problems switch sides. Believe it or not, both sides fire at the same time. It's really just one coil with two wires hanging out. The ignition actually fires twice in a revolution, once at @TDC and the other at @BDC, not regarding advance.

I paid $250 for my portwork at Patriot too. It's easier for someone to charge a cheaper price for port work that just isn't as labor intensive. A woods port to me wood be one of the easiest, these isn't a whole lot to be done, you just need the knowledge to do what needs to be done the right way. The MX port I had done on my RZ didn't cost as much because the port layout of RZ motors is SO much better than a Banshee's stock. A triple exhaust drag port I have seen go up to almost $1000. It's hard to put all port work in a basket based on just price alone. Don't take any of that as a bash on Gore even in the slightest little bit. His work seems to be top notch. I have ridden with Spoin who I do believe had his work done by Gore and his bike rips(actually I think he knows him.) Best of luck, a search on this subject probably would be almost useless, it has been discussed so many times it would take you days just to go through the results.

Ebay always has those, just have to be in the right place at the right time.

Buy a set of blaster pegs, cut off the foot rest portion on yours and bolt it on to see if you like it. If you do, get it welded. I have had blaster pegs on mine for two years with no issues at all.

I agree on the carpet cleaner. We never even put ours away when are dog was a pup. It actually got used so often the carpet started to pull apart at the seams. And then just when you think they have it, they wake up retarded one day and forget everything you tought them over the last six months. But give it a little time and it all clicks. Now my horse cries at the door when she needs to go out and beats her "big" paws on it when she wants to come in. And after it was all said and done, all new carpeting.

I can't speak form theory, only real world experience. It takes alot to get a Banshee's powerband linear. I tend to ride wide open then brake. Maybe the lightened flywheel just happens to suit my riding style. To me it lets the Quad rev out of it's dead zone, which on a Banshee is quite large. Just my thought, take them for what their worth.
