    You really need to do a leakddown test on the motor. Especially since the cage bolts were loose

    Do you know if it has thrown any codes? I have a book of trans codes. These trucks with the 4l60 tend the throw a 171 or 160 which is not related to the trans when this happens.

    If it's kinda trying, sounds like the 3/4 clutch is letting go. I hope that's not the case.

    Is it revving up when it gets ready to shift, like your pushing the clutch in on a manual? Or is it just staying in 2nd?

    At least try some new plugs. May not be the issue but you won't know til you try.

    Just leave it unplugged. I would recommend doing the tors removal. There's nothing to it.

    Unplug the tors box under the tank and try again. Then check the parking brake wire

    Do you know your compression?

    Find out why they aren't bottoming out. Slides should bottom out then take idle up from there.

    Has your suspension been updated? This 4mil plan isn't goint to make a ton of difference in trails of you're on stock suspension.

    Your needle is sticking. Take the float out and clean the seat with a q tip and toothpaste then make sure that the needle or seat isn't grooved up or has any Knicks.

    High grit sand paper. Start at 400 and up til 2000 grit. Then hit it with a heat gun
