  1. I had this happen and thanks to cam( redline) and Wes I learned that the pigtail was muddied up
  2. Keep your riding style in mind. Dune and trail are generally two different ball games. A dune port and a trail port are going to produce somewhat different characteristics.
  3. No no no. You shouldn't need anything over a 230

  10. I have a pair if these cylinders. They are nicely cast and have been great. No problems. I had no need for a serval or anything extravagant. Don't regret them a bit
  11. Take a picture of the plunger. I she o ring there or is the clip wore

  18. Probably so but you will work your way down. #2 because the bike is under a load when your moving. It amplifies the effect of a bad tune. Use my bike for example. It was bone stock and ran like shit when I got it. 200 mains/25 pilot. As I tore it down when I got home and learned it had a k and n filter. That's all! No pipes, no aftermarket reeds etc. the banshee would would run and idle for days but once you took off down the street, it wouldn't do worth a damn.
  19. You should put some 310 mains and a 30 pilot and back the airscrew out 1.5 turns and go from there.
  20. The cutouts should be facing the air filters.
  21. Did you use the stock jets?
  22. We shall call that "the spin cycle"
