    I see where you said your guy done a leak down test. So I have a question. You say it's over revving, is the idle staying up for a few seconds after you rev it up? If it is, that's a hang idle and a sign of an air leak. I would leak down again just to be safe.

    Drain and refill with proper amount of oil. Then see if problem persist. If it does, leak down time

    If you use pods, go with a 300 main and a 27.5 pilot. That's how mine is set up and it does good. Stock port, stock stroke with fatty's and pods

    Ride down to crown point. Wes can tell you. Hazzard Banshee I would just use a dial indicator or even a pencil and sharpie method.

    Pull the fuel supply line from the carb, turn fuel on then remove cap. See if there is a big difference.

    Why don't you just take the reeds out and snap a pic of the intake ports? It would help tell if the tuning is way out of whack or you just got screwed.
