  1. I'm currently running 22cc domes +4 timing and 91 fuel. If I run av gas 100LL what could I go up to for timing approx and be safe? Or would I benifit more from more compression?
  2. 290 and a 310 2000feet. Both plugs are the same brown colour. But I never thought but when I tuned it couple years ago I tuned holding it pinned for a bit then shut the bike off. Thinking I should be jetting it in the power band? I'm use to jetting snowmobiles that are at there peak hp at the top rpm.
  3. I run 22cc +4 timing on 91 at 2000feet. No issues
  4. I run a kn with the box. I have the Lid without the snorkel if I know im going on a wet/muddy ride
  5. So can u shift a stock clutched shee without using the clutch or letting off the throttle? I've never tried. Didn't think it would shift under load.
  6. I have a 4mill long rod, 66.5mm ported(not sure how much), 22cc, +4timing,fmf fattys, Before I did the crank, timing, head all was good but after I did those mods when im going thru the gears WOT 1-5 is good screams. But when I hit 6th it will scream for a second then it comes down a little and then back up to screaming. It's like half way thru 6th I let off the throttle a little bit but i didn't. I would say it feels like the lower rpm/bog comes in on the powerband. Is it possibly my stock carbs can't allow enough air? Any ideas? TIA
  7. I live in alberta Canada. In search of a good place to get parts to fix my buddies shee. Crank, pistons, head porting, etc. looking for a place with good Pricing as the Canadian dollar is low right now so buying from the states costs a bit more.
  8. 66.5 or 67mm I think. And now with the 4mm crank it works out to 400cc going off a equation on how to figure out cylinder cc
  9. O that's no good. Hope his dad is ok. Thanks for letting me know. I'll give it a little time and see if he replys to this thread. I would like to deal with him again.
  10. The first motor mod I did was I bought ported 370cc cylinders off a guy on another site. Not sure how good of a job it was but against my buddies piped banshee I could play with him in 5th gear real easily. Before the Pistons and cylinders we were neck and neck. And from what I read the 20cc bigger cylinders isn't what gave it the power. It was the porting. Ran that setup with fmf fattys, kn and the rest stock for couple years. Then eventually took the stock crank out. I then put a 4mill hotrods, noss head with I think 21cc stroker cut domes, timing plate at 4 degrees, boysen reed pedals, now a 400cc banshee. It really rips. Me and my gf on it. So about 320-330lbs on it play with my buddies pipped banshee.
  11. I haven't been on here for awhile. I'm wondering what happened to wildcard racing? I delt with Brandon for all my banswer parts when I buillt my motor. He was great to deal with. Is he still around? I can't find hi website anymore and no answer to my email. If he is gone any other guys u suggest using. I live in Canada. Was nice dealing with Brandon. I told him what I wanted to do and he sent me out all the necessary parts. Thanks in advance. Jeremy
  12. Ok so with my ported 4 mill 400cc its prob not worth the money? I dont find it that bad to jet the factory crabs.
  13. looking for meir stock style green plastics or possibly ufo or full boar green plastics in Alberta. To get the meir plastics out of the states is over a 1000$
