  1. Does any one know of a company in Oregon that does performance work on quads, boring and such, white knuckle did the work on my banshee but they went out of business I think and I'm kind of looking for some one to do some work on my wife's 4 stroke also Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I'm missing my jam nut on my clutch adjustment, it's not under my clutch cover and it didn't come out when I drained the oil and I really don't want to split the case... Again Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Alright I'll give that a shot thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Even when I push on the piece that the cable attaches to on the top of my case it won't engage Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Could it be a stretched out cable Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I inspected under the cover everything looks good I tried adjusting my cable but that didn't do anything could it have something to do with where it goes into my case? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Since I've bought this banshee I've noticed that it has shifted hard but after splitting my case I noticed that it's gotten a little worse like my clutch wasn't engaging all the way. I was out riding it and all of a sudden my clutch lost all of its resistance but it comes and goes as I'm riding it... Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Any ideas why there would be coolant coming out of the exhaust and in the cylinder heads I only separated the head from the case I never separated the top Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Any ideas why I would have coolant coming out of my exhaust or in my cylinder head, I only split the base of the head from the case I never split the top... WTF Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Yes I did I was trying to break the nut on my fly wheel and I stuck a screw driver in there to try and hold it and tore the shit out of one of those coils now I don't have any spark Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Also when I pull my clutch in and try to move it there's some resistance like it's still kind of in gear Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. But I have a new problem while trying to tear it apart I tore up on of these coils, I put black tape around it, put it all back together and now I don't have spark, so my question is will breaking a few of those wires on one of the coils prevent it from sending a spark? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. So I tore it all down figured out that the previous owner sheared some gears and replaced them I matched my pieces to the new tooth on on of the gears ... Perfect match so the problem was solved Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Alright I'm heading out to brothers tomorrow to tear it down ill post more tomorrow thanks for the help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
