  1. I tuned my bike on Lakes dyno this past spring.. Mike was cool about the whole deal, he let me do the work, which is what i wanted... But still charged me $75hr. Oh well i'll consider it tool rental time.
  2. You definitely can sync carbs on a multi cylinder engine using a monometer. Techs have been using this method for years.. works perfectly.
  3. I'm with Finch... WAY too lean! You should be in the 280-290 range.
  4. I'd say 126-128 on the trans. depending on the ex. timing
  5. 2 bills for the carbs?
  6. ^AHHHAHAHAHAHA^
  7. Are they Grand River Racing "Suicide Pipes" ?
  8. Stock cylinders... WSM makes cranks could be one of their cranks... or possibly a replacement rod on a stock crank... You need to measure the stroke to see what you have..
  9. I have had no time for Banshees lately... Been so busy getting my second shop open, and everything rolling, and still running the first shop.... My bike has been sitting covered with Bundy Hill cement mud for 2 weeks! LOL Thats disgusting!
  10. he means get an adjustable timing plate and set it +4 degrees... Should get you a little more down low..
  11. Not a banshee part.
  12. ARP makes studs of all types... Just get a hold of their tech dept., give them the length and thread dia./pitch. Then they'll give you a part number! I think they are 8mmx1.25, not sure on length though...
  13. Sounds like you have an air leak, that jetting is way off for your mods...... I just re-jetted for the warmer temps and am at 32.5 pilots and 340 mains (ported 4mill on pump fuel)... I'm not too far from you.... I'm in Westland, Mich. Ave and Venoy area... If you can't get it worked out, let me know I can help you.
  14. Moving the clip down is richer... Because it raises the needle..
  15. Electric/cordless impact is a must. Along with an impact driver and #3 phillips bits.
  16. He is definitely trying to be a dick.... Albeit passive aggressively, but none the less a dick.... It's a characteristic of sociopathic people, he can't help it!
  17. This is him. https://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=100005688372634
  18. Don't forget the rear view mirror.
  19. I was thinking about turning new aluminum end caps for my Rocket R1 silencers.... My plan was to make the end caps and put the SS screen in the end of them... Or make the end caps 2" longer so I can clamp a Sparky on and not scratch the shit out of the end of my silencers....
  20. We always load the Blaster guys in our group with gas cans.. One guy got a RZR now so he will be the gas bitch from now on! LOL When I ride Bull Gap (Mio and Luzurne loops) I can make it from Mack Lake campground to Bull Gap, and from Bull Gap to the old Pink Store on M-33 on one tank. I'm needing gas to go any further though.... Lots of great trail riding in Mi. but ported stroked Banshee's are gas guzzlers!
  21. I'm running 196ex 128tr with Rocket R1's. The power comes on just into the midrange and pulls all the way to the top... Best mod i've done so far, except for the porting and 4 mill.
  22. Rockets are small bore pipes... They work best on ported motors with bores 68mm or smaller... From what Tom said they like higher port times too.
  23. You mean the inner clutch hub, Boss.
