your cylinders are probably polished smooth as a baby but probley o piston wash or less take some pictures of the pistons when it blows up will tell you what was wrong

my dumb brother rings were almost 1mm of he burnt up vito's pistons i told him he had a been crank but he sad ow it looks go he was wrong his old rings had a melt down they he rebuilt and had another on in no time

Ive herd vito's has a bad rap for people holing there pistons but Ive had o problems with my vito's engine kit they no what do if you ask them about it 98 percent of the time you run it 6 jets to lean and burn a hole in the piston . it makes me sick when i here there piston bust rings and hole the pistons on every engine build in the first 3 hours . be smart not stupid people.

Athena comes with junk pistons woods port for 50 hp i have the Vito's kit with there welded crank . RDZ racing looks like a good kit i have not tried them out yet .

i now my floats are bent about a 1 mm apart they are not even the last time i looked at them they may have bent out of Wac float adjustment is a pain you will still burn your engine up if you adjust them

well with stock jugs you will need a 7mm plate or some custom aftermarket jugs it can all become a stealth kit if you look around for the right kit it requires a custom port Job to get it timed right there's allot of different combo kits out there that no one tried yet a customized deck height is the way to go is they say for more reliable hp without blowing the pipes off or snapping the chain every time you get on the pump gas word i can talk new engine design for years the problem is getting one then brag about it peace out bros
