  1. I really like the new sponsor one. I also like the green design in your signature its looks sweet id buy a shirt with that on it
  2. Well its been a few months since i completed the project and i dont care what any of you say these things have performed great so far and they have been TESTED. i was riding with a few friends down the beach the other afternoon. we rode down the beach to some dunes. did some nice climbs and a few jumps. we headed back down to the beach and did a little drag racing. i was dead even with a brand new ltr450 so i know shees fast. anyway...back to the story... it was getting late so we went to head back to the lot where the trucks were parked. i was wearing dark goggles but its a wide open beach what could happen. i was following my friend on a yz250 and he went between a few rocks so i went high to be safe and not hit a rock. were probably averaging 60+mph btw... i turn and last second i see a 3 ft tall wall of sand-colored rock. lock up the brakes and hit this rock. the fronts contact and the whole quad just launches up and over the rock flipping forward. my shoulder goes into the sand and the shee lands upside down on me. my friends flip it back over, it starts right up and we ride it off the beach. nothing wrong with me or the quad as far as we can see. we get back to the trucks and check out the front end. the only thing bent is one of the lower ball joints is just bent backwards about 1/8". so needless to say im a little sore today and the only damage sustained was like an $8 part. so if anyone still has anything negative to say about the arms be my guest...i trust them 100%. im kinda glad i was on soft sand though. if it were dirt i would have been on my way to the hospital that night.
  3. to the top. need to sell! price reduced $2250
  4. make me an offer! i need to sell this thing.
  5. I know im going to take some shit for this one but here it is. i am selling the shee because i need the money and i dont have any place to ride where i live anymore. I have a 2000 Banshee for sale. it has many aftermarket parts and was always maintained regularly and taken care of. low hours. I am asking $2500 but it is Negotiable or will consider trades for vehicles, other bikes, or Jeep Wrangler TJ Parts I know the price is a little high but again i am negitiable and will consider trades. Mods include: +2 Durablue Axle. (very slightly bent but perfectly rideable) (bearings/seals changed less than 2 hours ago) Copper painted frame ProDesign Cool Head with 19cc domes (needs to run high octane gas. Av-Gas 100LL is great) FMF Fatty pipes and Powercore2 Silencers Boost Bottle YFZ450 front shocks custom extended a-arms with new ball joints brand new Fullflight +2 tie rods and tie rod ends FLY handle bars with ProTaper Grips MotionPro TORS eliminator and idle screw kit 280 main jets, 25 pilots K&N Air Filter. stock airbox with top removed Flat Black Race Cut Plactics AC Standard Racing nerf bars (need new nets $15 from AC) Custom Chrome flames radiator cover ITP Beadlock Rear rims, ITP alloy front rims 18" Turf Tamer rears (50% tread), 21" Kenda fronts (85% tread) FAST racing clutch I also have a Duncan Racing Bunper that I will include with it if it gets sold. The only things it needs to be perfect is a new seat cover (slightly torn), nets for the nerfs, new rear tires, clutch basket should be replaced. and the carbs need to be rebuilt (good cleaning and new gaskets). nothing major. with any questions please call or text Ryan at 631 702-0500 or email or PM. thanks If you read my thread titled A-arm modification you will know why i said i am going to take some shit. dont tell me im an idiot for selling this thing with these on it, i know and that is why i am saying this: Disclaimer: If you purchase this quad i would highly recommend the purchase and addition of professionally made +2+1 A-arms. the ones on this are custom made by me and i dont want to get blamed for anyone getting hurt.
  6. just fucked up my knee. possibly broken knee cap. i guess no riding for the next month and a half at least.

  7. that was the plan. these are going to have to do untill i have enough cash for +2+1's
  8. i rode the banshee for a good 5 hours on saturday and a friend of mines' farm. and i even jumped a nice sized step up for about an hour on and off and the a-arms performed flawlessly. no cracks at all, no complaints whatsoever. i am very happy with the mod. heres a quick shot from saturday.
  9. today i finally figured out what my 18" turf tamers were good for....whipping donuts on dry pavement for an hour.

    1. MikeNick

      haha...For sure.

  10. filled my gearcase all the way to the top with 15w-40 diesel truck oil and ruined my clutch.
  11. if the idea is still getting kicked around...i would definitely buy one or even a few!
  12. thanks, yea ive been taking it real easy and stopping every couple minutes checking everything. it seems great so far.
