  1. go to a auto store for a 50 watt hid flood and spot light .20 to 300$ a set
  2. you need to let us no what pistons you have or you could bust a ring .unless thats what already hapend. and black plugs fowl out it dont mater witch way the coil is hooked up it will run the same eather way .the crank could be twisted if it is stock.
  3. hay vitos pulled 125 hp on there stock cyl 10mm long rod stealth on the dino. I am pullin only 65 on my vito 421 they have some tight engine kits.my cpi bb pipes madeone hell of a diffrence.than my wimpy t5 pipes lol.

  4. u can look in the sperk plug hole with a tiney mirror and flashlight and see if there is a number on the piston tops .

  5. well i have the barnett dirt digger plate kit they are thicker than stock junk and the come with heavy duty springs and super heavy duty springs .a one way clutch basket would be cool like a ktm if you had a overdrive.
  6. good luck with the stock carbs i had problems with them in the past myself.

  7. carbs could be gummed up or you need a carb rebuild kit or you have very low compression . Your better of to put your sock in the tank and use it than that starting fluid .
  8. you could of put the carb sliders in backwards also.
  9. turf tamers and 13/42and41 gears but gncc's are allot tougher that's what i use.
  10. sounds like to much oil and the wrong plugs , carbs must of gummed up with oil.
  11. Your clutch mite drag a little ,your cable mite snap I used a new cable when i replaced my clutch never touched it yet works great.
  12. yep you need the plastic main jet cups in the carbs .each carb should have two vaccum lines they help the carbs from getting stuck wide opened when you floor it.good luck.
  13. wiesco says 10 to 15 hours of break-in then you can run it hard as you like . what is your oil mix ratio and compression? overheating kills new engines to ,good luck next time.
  14. i would go with the aggressive trail drag port ,just you just got to no how to yous it it will put a smile on your face when you get the hang of it.
  15. ya those big box things on the carbs cause all kinds of sink problems Ive used them before and the cables inside get kinked and you have to adjust them all the time to get them sink ed perfect.i originally went to twist throttle with out thee idle kit and it worked like a champ with only a slight idle up on a full cocked left turn.i will never use a stock carbs ever . my keihns with the cascade long idle screws are cranked to the max and it idles ate 1250 rpm.
  16. your compression is probably At 90 psi not good check it to make sure.
  17. shift shaft bent or something cracked or bent. is your oil dirty.
  18. there is a left and a right you have to line them up with the sight glass on the carbs
  19. a bearing clutch pusher will take out the slop and then some.could be a stretched cable and the arrows must be lined up when the clutch is put together.

  21. the shift forks sounds to be worn use the clutch when you shift .try yamalube transoil 20w40w
  22. your dealer will have to get you a twist throttle kit for banshees then you can use the y harness from it .
  23. that glacier dust eats up your seals in a heartbeat, i am using the sealed aftermarket bearings, a little water displaceing grease dont hert .
