a 17 41 would be the same with a 18 tire from your 20 and 15 41 gear if you are running on a slick muddy track you need taller tires with larger gears to spin across the finish line in first place thats what they do in the UK
i would pull the clutch cover off before you bust something else your transmission will go to crap if you ride it again i rebuild all my trains missions my self my bro busted something in his buy slamming the gears on a down shift he busted something in the trans to boot it required a weld and it was good as new but stronger then new then he continued to stomp the gears tell the shifter bent and all was good . i bet you you wore out the shift star first gear pin a magnetic oil screw should catch a busted gear if that fishes it out and i never use first gear on a steep hill because i usually cant hit it on top of the hill
well between stock ,answer ,FMF ,DG, TOOMY ,CPI, yes you will now with throttle control i tried them all on a stock banshee the only thing i noticed was the sound i like it loud thats what makes me go fast i want to here her purr and scream
make sure the slides are in rite it will make it run funny your better off with some 28 mm carbs to be safe in my book with some 20cc dome are a shaved head on pump 90 gas you should make another 15 hp with those pipes maybe
you will need a different cable and carb cap kit . just disconnect the tors on the carb and cut the wires on that electric throttle cut off switch and call it good
you can run the stock air box cover either upside down or rite side up to change the mixture a tad to if your running more than fifty hp you my bigger carbs
i am still screwing with it my temp gage dont go over 100 foulin plugs every warm up dek needle thinkin of going to a cel 4 clip ya how the hell are ya
