  1. I just picked up the chariot ultra flow kit too. Still in the process of rebuilding so I haven’t ran it yet but I can tell it's great quality.
  2. Dumb question but where exactly do I put the grease? Clymers says the lip so is that the inside (http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=242) like you see in the link and if so, do you only fill one side of the seal or both?
  3. I'm rebuilding my motor and need to grease the seals on the crank and elsewhere and just picked up some Green Grease because it's says it's waterproof. Anybody use this stuff? Should work just fine, right?
  4. I just ordered the whole setup from direct drive too. Mine was a little more cause I had them press the seal and bearing in for the impeller but great peps to work with.
  5. I have stock bars now and just bought a renthal bars. http://www.motosport.com/atv/product/RENTHAL-HANDLEBARS-STANDARD-78/?catalogId=108460 I'm guessing they're atv bars and not dirt bike length.
  6. I'm going to order a set of odi grips but what length? 120 mm or 130 mm? I'm fine with stock length so is that 120 mm? Oh, and is that sold as a pair? http://www.odigrips.com/lock-on-3.aspx
  7. Are you selling the tires and rims? I see the pic but I don't see it listed.
  8. No. You need the kit. I don't remember it being that expensive. Buying different carbs will cost you way more than the kit. That’s a crazy option.
  9. I have an 06 and that's not a connector I've seen on her. Follow the wires and tell us where it goes to.
  10. AKheathen....just replaced the bearings...piece of cake thanks to you. I appreciate the help.
  11. I know the cylmers says to do the bench shifting to make sure everything is installed correctly but like everyone says, it's impossible to shift without a load. I was worried but knew I followed the clymers to the t and went ahead and installed everything and she shifted fine when I was done putting her back together.
  12. Thank you Professor ZillaFreak.
  13. Didn't know that I'd lose my reserve. Thanks for the info guys.
  14. If that's all you've done, that sounds a little big for just the filter swap. Plug chop tells all.
  15. I know it's overkill for my setup but my question is, running one won't hurt anything will it?
  16. The screw on the TORS is your idel adjustment. The air screw is the screw located on the side of the carb.
  17. When I'm putting this new bearing on, can I put it in the oven to heat it up or should I get a torch?
  18. I had this but got sick of the foam filter. I think they're a mess. You'll need to wrap the stinger tube cause I melted two outerwears. I wanted to find a K&N to fit it but you have to have a ring since the intake is flexible and you can't tighten the filter down. I run K&N pods now.
