  1. So I had my crank out and was spinning the outer bearing and the damn pin flew off and it's lost forever. I checked and that doesn’t appear to be something I can buy. Should it come off? I guess regardless, the biggest question is what do I do now that it's gone???
  2. Dude, is that your living room you reassembled your shee in? Looks killer.

  4. That's good pricing.
  5. x2 on the air leak.
  6. Have you checked your compression? I had the same problem and I rebuilt my top end and she was good as new.
  7. Put me on the list bro (but you already knew that).
  8. Make sure you're holding the throttle wide open when you're testing.
  9. I just tell everyone that everything is proportioned correctly if ya know what I mean.
  10. I have a brand new HJC Frenzy XXXL helmet I'm selling. I got stuck with two so want to get rid of one. It's $130 and I'll let it go for $90 or make an offer.
  11. Another PM sent...need pics of cylinders, head, and crank.
  12. PM sent...I'll take the K&N's pending pics.
  13. Get one of those loofah's on a stick to help reach inside and scrub. I think my manhood has just been compromised by saying that!
  14. Do yourself a favor and get a Chariot. Mines on the way. You don't need a new head to advance your timing. http://cgi.ebay.com/...em=280486057642
  15. I don't know about K&G but FAST has a nice clutch setup. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=34
  16. Damn you jbooker82! I'm in the process of rebuilding my motor and you just added hundreds to my build.
  17. Dude, I'm ordering one this week and a few other things I found on their website. Thanks for asking the question and thanks for the pic and suggestion.
  18. Impact wrench baby! Just don't use it to put it back on. I bought the tool which is well worth it for holding it when you're installing it. You can also use it on the flywheel. Don't use the tool and the impact. Go old school and use a socket and wrench if you get one.
  19. I think that ebay link is for Chariot. Guys, correct me if I'm wrong. I need one too and want to make sure it goes to Chariot.
  20. Hellz ya. I agree!!!
  21. Do you have a Clymers? If not, get one and follow it step by step. You won't go wrong. I've never used loctite on the head studs. Just make sure you re-torque during your break-in.
  22. Let me know if anyone has an adjustable timing plate for sale.
  23. What should I use to wash my crank with? I saw somewhere someone used their two stroke gas. Is that best? I want to make sure there are no leftovers from the piston.
  24. Easy enough. Thanks guys.
