Thank you for the input and I will just keep using what has worked for years. I was just not sure because I have seen people claim that you need race fuel for 150 pounds but if I dont, I wont use it.
My 02' has a fresh Wiseco Pro-Lite top end, head shaved 0.020, timing plate set to +4. Both cylinders are testing at about 150 LBS compression and I want to know if 100LL will be better then just premium??? I found a small airport locally that sells it for $3.99 so that is not even that much more then premium. Let me know what you guys/gals think.
This is probably a stupid question but I need to know. When doing a compression check, should the needle stay at the compression point or does it slowly leak out?
You should have told them to update their website because they still list all of their Banshee stuff on there. I was wondering the same thing about their Banshee pipes.
Yes I do. That picture was taken when she was about 4 or 5 months old I think. Now she is 15 months, walking everywhere, and she will have her first brother born on May24th.
I dont like to consider myself from Hillsboro, that is just where I live right now. I grew up out in Vernonia, Oregon and will move back there in the next year or two.
So, your saying that I should be good for the toomey set-up? Or, should I buy a few main jets and mess with my carbs first? Also, I am working on saving for a head and VF3s now.
I understand that the sponsors need customers but the price you said did not include top end bearings or shipping. I am having a local guy do my boring and after he measured my cylinders, he said 64.5 is all I would need to go up to. If I had a higher budget I would go to F.A.S.T for sure but I dont, im on limited funds and $210 to my door is the cheapest I found anywhere.
My Banshee currently has FMF Fatty's, K&N filter with no air box lid, and it will be 0.020 over Wiseco Pro-Lites. My current Jetting is 300 main, 32.5 pilot, needle in 4th clip. Let me know.
Thanks
It looks like about 2 and 1/4 turns out. So, I am looking at my Clymers manual right now and then at my carbs and cannot find the Needle jet anywhere. Where is it and why cant I find it? Did I lose it while taking the carbs out?
