just bought a bike and pulled the carbs and the plastic peace that holds the cable in the slide is missing. what are they called and where could i pic some up at?

So I just got my 99 banshee it has a + 6 swing arm and +1+2 a-arms. So when I sit on it, wich I am a big guy 275+ it is like a low rider all my friends bikes are a lot stiffer. I changer the rear shock and still the same. What can I do to make it not so soft and low rider? None of my other bike did that

the motor does not have a lock up or billet basket.
