  1. I have a dolla says it was a cheep RM stator and plate
  2. She held my dick pretty good, but still got some on her face. 6lbs for 6 minutes, nothing less.
  3. Maybe. double check wireing.
  4. So did ECATV do a complete buid? Or what exactly did they assemble? Definatly time to tear it back down to ground zero, you got some fucked up shit going on.
  5. He's from Michigan, what did you expect?
  6. Ooooooops, brain fart, was thinking needle keeper. Shoot me, please.
  7. stainless steel pot scrubbers from dolla store
  8. two small phillips screws down in there hold a bracket
  9. Retarded set-up, 18cc domes and stock pipes? Start at ground zero. Get a Clymers repair manual, ohm ALL elec, coil ground, clean/tight elec connections, carb slides, carb sync, carb settings, new PROPER plugs. How are reeds? Fresh fuel, or same fuel from 10yrs ago? Mix ratio? What kind of compression are you running? Fucking with the same problem for 10 yrs?? You surely jest.
  10. Word for today is KIWI QUEER. You're it.
  11. IIRC, seems the 4s like bigger pilot. Some have suggested the fatties may too. Fix your air leak first, otherwise you're just chasing your tail.
  12. First off you only need one thread. Next, without more info, we're as clueless as you. They always run the best just before they blow. Clean, set carbs, blah, blah, bla. List ALL mods/set-up you have a clue about. Record jetting when cleaning carbs. Wouldn't ride till you get it sorted, or you'll have two blown Banshees.
  13. Check with Kompulsive concepts.
  14. Pull stator cover make sure you didn't fill it with water. While in there clean nubs on F-wheel and set gap. Ohm plug caps (5K IIRC) trim 1/4" from wires, install W/Di-grease. Check coil ground. Maybe give coil good BJ w/heat gun/hair dryer in case of water intrusion. Drain float bowls.
  15. Well, call a shop and find out, and let us know. Get a sawzall and cut that bitch out. Drill and tap for grease zerk, coat bolt with anti-seize for easy removale next time. Hint: don't put zerk in middle, shock is in way. Ask me how I know.
  16. Clean cases well, use acid brush to spread it evenly
  17. Wow, multitude of rookie mistakes. Should have bought a Clymers repair manual before you even started riding it. Might haved saved some coin. Hear that laughing sound? That's the crank seller still going. Generally speaking a used crank is like a used condom, already someone else's mess. Depending on type of riding looks like you're stuck with either serval or cub cyl. Only because if you want a motor looking like pics you don't want to polish worn out stock jugs. Odds of finding low bore stock jugs are very slim. No clue where you heard you need case splitter for a Banshee.
  18. As mentioned, check ecentric screw, both for adjustment and wear.
  19. Doubt anyone would give "trade in value" I'll come back later and read "Windy's" post (old inside joke)
  20. Carboned up. Try tapping in with rubber mallet, might break free. Maybe soak joint with some kind of solvent to disolve carbon. SeaFoam is only thing I know of. Maybe little heat
  21. Of corse not, he just got it. Probably doesn't know it's important. Didn't mention what pipes he has. If they are stock, might be why it signs off up top. War, the bog at 1/4 could be dirty carb/plugged pilot, or air screw may need a tweek one way or other.
  22. Check start gear idler gear
  23. IIRC, Warrior linc in rear drops it a bit also
