  1. This ^^^ Are the pistons Vito's super stock with cut away on exhaust side? If so, they will account for some of lack of bottom end.

  4. First thing is get real nuts for it, or a locking nut (prefered) These "values" are off top of my head, but better than the ones you pulled out of your ass. Tighten inner nut to 30 ft/lb Hold inner, tighten outer to 170 ft/lb, make mark on both nuts Hold outer, back inner against outer 3mm More complete directions in Clymers manual, or if you can find the online manual on this site.
  5. Remove stator cover and left plug. Insert plastic straw. Rotate flywheel until TDC. Mark straw. Rotate until BDC. Mark straw. Measure distance between marks, that is stroke. No help on boot. Try Trinity? Maybe Charriot.
  6. Coil ground/mount must be clean, shiny metal. Better yet is seperate ground from coil to engine.
  7. Post some pics of that side piston.
  8. Noggin pokin needed. Seems that all forks would have to be totally broke off to get nothing. Might be easiest to check with crank gear off. With tires off ground, rotate clutch by hand and try shift into gear. From symptoms either rivets gone, hub(s) blown, or shaft broke.

  10. You test the resistance WITHOUT it running, duh. Output don't matter unless you need to check volts to lights.

  16. make sure carbs are pussy clean and have same size jets in both. Might have to tweak air screw.
  17. Clean your tank, pet cock, screen, and cap vent. Then double check float level and clean bowls
  18. You get lapping compound from auto parts, with key out, smear on shaft, install wheel, with light pressure spin wheel back/forth or round/round a bit. Wipe shaft, inside of wheel. if both have an even "look" you're done. If not, repeat until you do. Clean it pussy clean before final assembly. Lapping will get you a perfect fit between the two. If I knew why I can't copy/paste here, I would do a LMGTFY, haha. Google might get you a better idea.

  20. seen a pigs ass cleaner. But it was a 4-H pig. Clean that fucker up pussy clean. Then start it, let run a bit, without riding, shut off, look for leak. Using baby powder helps in finding leak.
