So I know nothing about EC ATV but just one question. Have you contacted them and told them what you found when you ran it on a Dyno? I am a 100% Redline customer and his service after the sell is second to none and his motors flat rip but that being said any builders deserves a chance to make something right if they make a mistake. Hell Cam makes mistakes too we are all human. If you contacted them and they are telling you too bad this is just the way it is then I would be blasting them also but if you did not talk to them then you need to do that and make sure they have a chance to try and make it right.

Stock carbs are good to better than 70 hp! I had the same setup as you with stock carbs and a mild dune Port by Redline and mine made 74hp on the dyno many many times. I went to 34 PJ carbs and it still made the same hp. If you talk to Cam at Redline he will steer you in the right direction. His stock cylinder 4 mill motors are making way more HP than you are getting out of that thing!!!

Using left front caliper as rear caliper
BUILDER replied to BANSHEEBEEFM2M's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Your turn to STFU!! As you already said no one ask you. -
HA HA HA HA I was going to say the same damn thing but last time I posted something about Windy and his stupidity I think I might have hurt his feelings so I was going to try and be a nice guy this time. Yes Windy you are right this is what you do and what you have done!!

I really cant believe some of you would say that the case would not wear the weld or wear the crank down. Shit I have torn more than one motor apart that this has happened to. Usually it is because the crank was coming apart I have never taken one apart that the clips were left out of it. But yes the cases will wear the weld and the webs on the crank it does happen!!

Turn the gas off start the bike and run the bike until it runs the carbs dry. Then turn the fuel back on and see if it still leaks. Lots of times that that will flush out whatever is in the needle if that is the only issue. Dont sit there and rev the piss out of the bike and lean it out just let it idle and run it out of fuel.

Hate to knock your shit but I would say you need to perfect your work before you try and sell it on here. Polishing looks like it needs some serious work still.

Banshee missing on left cylinder
BUILDER replied to Jeremy Jase Richardson's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Do you have all the Tors and E brake stuff unhooked on the bike? Is the left side totally dead or is it a random miss? -
Best of luck Jeff!! You have made several covers for me over the years and they have been nothing but the very best!!!!! Appreciate your hard work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Using left front caliper as rear caliper
BUILDER replied to BANSHEEBEEFM2M's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
It mounts to the rear stay I just use an old disk to slide in between the pads and bleed it while it is off the bike. I have one on my daughters bike but I have no pictures of it. -

Nothing needs to be done you can use the fronts on the rear you just need to bleed the caliper when it is off the bike if you use the wrong side. -
Anyone know anything about CT midrange pipes
BUILDER replied to Blowtie316's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
I have 3 sets of LRD pipes one adjustable set on 2 regular sets. Those look nothing like the LRD pipes I have -
I do not see what pipes you are running? 400 mains are massive! Like Sleeper said you should be around a 300 main and your pilot is going to depend a lot on what pipe you are running.
-
You get the float bowls back on the right side? Choke tube installed between carbs?
-
We are trying to decide what we are doing for that weekend. We may be camped at Riley Ranch not sure yet. If we do we will swing by and say hi.
-
Your pilots should be fine with those pipes. As a general rule FMF pipes tend to like a bigger pilot than most other pipes. Your main is way to big you should be pretty damn close dropping down to a 310
