  2. You are way lean on top. You need to up your main to 300 and adjust from there. With a air box no lid and your elevation that should be really close. I would not be riding it till I get bigger mains in it you are going to hurt your motor.
  3. The half moon cut out faces the rear of the carb if they are in wrong it will run like shit

  6. It is just a casting flaw you see it all the time it does not go through into the intake it is fine.
  7. Single carbs suck!!!!! Yes Zilla has one that runs well but I have yet to see a single car setup out do a dual carb setup. I am talking real world out on the sand not on a dyno. They are a bitch to tune and they just do not preform as well as dual carbs do. There is a reason they come with duals on them from the factory

  13. O-Rings go between the plates. If you look there is a nice little recess in there where the O-Ring sets
  14. There is no good shop right here in Clackamas. Top Dog in Damascus is the closest shop that is worth a damn. I sent you a PM. I would be more than happy to take a look at it for you.
  15. The copper washers are really only there as a fail safe. As long as your O-Rings are all good there will be no water to leak out of the nuts. I have ran plenty of motors with no copper washers under the nuts.

  19. Have you pulled the line off the carb and made sure the fuel is getting to the carb?
  20. After you get it started does it runs okay? Once it is running and is warm does it start on its own?
  21. I have never been on a serval but I had a Redline Ported stock cylinder motor for years and then I went to to decked down 421 Cub. If I had it to do all over again I would probably have Cam port me another set of stockers and keep running them! I think for the cost and what you can get out of a stock cylinder it is just a better option in my mind. I am looking at the whole picture for one thing this damn cub burns way the hell more fuel that my stock cylinder ever dreamed of and when you are a duner and want to do all around riding that is one thing to look at. You can build a stock cylinder ported 4 Mill on stock carbs that will runs awesome and have a shit ton more power than what you are use to. I would say call a builder talk to him and see what you think after that.

  24. The boost bottle does nothing for your bike and will cause your intakes to rip. Then you will have an air leak and it will burn the motor up. Believe me you do not want to run a boost bottle!!!!
  25. I emailed dude telling him how serious I was about the bike and ask him if he had original paper work from Yamaha and he has not answered me lol
